It took less than an hour to un-box this and replace a 25 year old hood fan. Just drill 5 holes, attach some hardware, then attach the unit. What could be easier. Get one you won't be disappointed.

This stylish, sturdy, functional microwave has far exceeded our expectations particularly at the very reasonable price. It has some handy presets. Its operations are quiet and perform as one would hope. Two light and fan settings are a plus. The overall value is OUTSTANDING. So very glad we chose this unit.

Picked this one up to replace another Samsung that went out after several years of hard life. It looks pretty nice. It has most of the usual features but is not as fancy as the one it was replacing. For example, stopping and starting the old model the turntable would reverse directions - this one always goes the same way. The old one used words in the LED display for functions like "Defrost 2lbs". This one uses codes like "rh1" for reheating a plate of food. And the number of selections is more limited. Though I have to admit many of the replaced model functions were seldom if ever used. I do feel like it was a step down. But this one was also a lot less money than the last one. Looks wise, it's just as nice looking. It was a good value for the money I think

For it's price, a basic microwave that goes well with kitchen's other appliances (black and/or stainless) as the black door handle accents the stainless steel body. No fancy controls or enhancements- basic microwave with rotating feature- that's it. Controls could be more intuitive and manual could be more informative.

I really like this microwave. It was a great price, is more powerful than my old one, heats food evenly and actually has a popcorn setting that doesn't burn the popcorn. The only thing I don't like is that I can't use the kitchen timer while the microwave is running, like I could on my old one. Other than that I highly recommend this appliance.

A good simple microwave when it works properly. Ours malfunctioned after one month and Samsung had it repaired.

Had to replace a microwave. After doing some research found this one did the trick for a very good price.

I replaced our over-the-range GE with this. The GE never impressed me. It was a $1000 convection type, but we never used it for that. It had a "sensor" mode which the Samsung doesn't have, but it never worked right anyway. The Samsung has all the basic features you could want. The end of the GE was when the door was cracking, and replacing just the door would have cost as much as I spent on the Samsung. Both have the same wattage rating, but the Samsung cooks much more efficiently. Installing it myself was fairly easy. They included a paper template and very clear instructions for mounting it. The hole patterns weren't exactly teh same as the old one, so I had some drilling and wall tile cutting to do. I would give it a 4/5 based on its not as solid construction as the old one, but the price makes it a solid 5. if I get five years out of it, its money well spent.

The microwave looks nice, fits great, and works very well. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the stainless steel on this microwave doesn't exactly match the kind of stainless steel on my new Samsung refrigerator. However, I'm a bit of a design guy so this may not be a big deal for some people. My previous microwave was an old Maytag so Installation took a little longer than expected because I had to drill new holes and continuously use the leveler to make sure everything was straight.

Spacious, works well, clean design - also easy to clean. I like the energy saving option although I tend to forget about it. Lights, fan, turntable - all work very well. I heartily recommend this.

We have had the microwave for about a month now. It cooks just fine. Overall, we have been satisfied. There are a few things we have noticed. It is quite noisy when running -- we now realize how quiet our last one was. The low and high fan speeds seem to be almost the same. The "finish" shows fingerprints. These are just minor things though -- for the most part, we're happy with this microwave.

We purchased this Samsung microwave in December 2013. 13 months later it has stopped working. Contacting Samsung customer service was useless ... they never responded to emails and you're on hold forever if you call in. Believing in the reviews and the Samsung name, we didn't purchase the extended warranty. Big mistake! Even fairly disappointed in Pacific Sales ... went to them with the issue and was basically told I'm out of luck. Considering the multiple purchases we've made with them in the past couple of years (4 major appliances) I expected something better than 'sorry, nothing we can do'. Will never purchase another Samsung product!! And seriously considering not doing business with Pacific Sales again either.

We had an older microwave before so this was an upgrade. Its very quiet and it was reasonably priced compared to the competition. The only problem I have is with the blue light that the clock uses. It seems very hard to see. Besides that I do not have any complaints.

The magnetron in my LG crapped out and I didn't want to spend a lot so I found this one. Looks good. Has been working fine so far. But, it has a super loud buzz coming from the sheet metal. You can push up under it and muffle it. I thought the mag had gone out on it, it was so loud. I have seen this complaint before. I bought this online and it came with the back smashed in. Best Buy had another one out n 2 days.

This is our second microwave oven. It goes over the stove. The first one that we got was not a good brand. We did not know that at the time we bought it. I'm sure this one will last longer that two years.

This is a great microwave, It's HUGE! Great size and quality product. Samsung is just making amazing products all across the board. Nices Microwave I've ever owned! :)

I like the Samsung Microwave and have no complaints. I have had it about a month or so now and it is working great.

The microwave is primarily used for reheating things and it does a great job. There are lots of options for the functions and it is a nice clean design. There is plenty of room inside and it really runs quietly. I am glad I made this purchase!
