    Installed microwave. The following doesn't work: Light, yes the bulb is in, but the button doesn't work 5 button...Doesnt work.......... Pizza button................Doesnt work Veggies button...........Doesnt work................ Fan Hi/Lo.................Doesnt Work (fan only works on High) basically we can nuke some water.................Will be contacting Besty Buy tomorrow morning.

    I had this for three months and it has had two service calls, and now needs a third. The internal sensors keep failing. I have been told it is my fault even though I have it on a surge suppressor with a battery backup. Somehow this is not good enough. Samsung refuses to help anymore. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG !!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

    Don't buy this junk. Less than 1 year and it gives a 5E error. The cost to fix is more than buying a new one.
