great product,makes a great appearance and top quality performance

This is ok product, is loud for a microwave. It was easy to install and is very easy to use. We needed a microwave in black and there were very few to choose from.

Had a good price and works great. It shipped really fast.

I bought this to replace one that was 20 years old. It fit in the same space as the older one, it just comes down a little more than the one I replaced. Definitely worth it to nearly double the cubic feet over what I had. It is much more powerful, we have reduced the cooking times by about half. Overall, I am pleased with it and recommend it. Pros- large interior space to accommodate most any dish I have fast, even cooking easy install (have a buddy though, not a 1 person job) Cons- the user manual is vague there is no apparent option to silence the beeps when buttons are pressed no "1-touch" shortcut operation (i.e. press 2+start for 2 min) I know the cons are nit-picky, but I like quiet operation and I was spoiled by my older microwave with the shortcuts. Even with that, this is a definite improvement and a great microwave for the price.

Purchased this over the range microwave to replace one that broke. All in all, it's a good product, however it's a bit noisy and the turn-table sometimes makes a knocking sound when turning.

this unit was easy to install and it looks awesome

The Samsung doesn't have the features my old microwave had, like sensors to tell when the food is done. However, it is much easier to use. I am hoping that, being less complicated, the electronics won't start acting up like they did on my old microwave. The buttons on the Samsung have small print and don't light up, so my 71-year-old husband has trouble seeing which button is which. This wouldn't be a problem for people with normal eyesight. Bottom line is that it does a great job cooking the food. It is also a nice looking oven. So far, I am happy.

I bought the Samsung microwave. It performs well. I hope it will continue to perform well for the next ten years. It is great to heat, prepare and cook with this machine. I can finally have a meal done in no time. I am very grateful to have found this item and happy that it is making my life a little easier.

I was replacing a smaller 1.4 cu foot over the range GE microwave and with limited space available I was concerned that the bottom of this microwave would be too close to the gas burners. Fortunately, this Samsung seems to fit perfectly in the space I had. I use this for basic things--cooking oatmeal and making popcorn--and so far it's worked very well for that. I bought this because I'd heard good things about Samsung's quality and reliability.

This replaced a GE microwave with a turntable that stopped working. We only use the microwave for heating and very basic cooking (bacon, potatoes, etc.) We also rely on the exhaust fan and stove top light. This unit fits the bill on all accounts. Installed relatively easily though the instructions jumped around a bit, particularly when it came to configuring the exhaust. This unit can be configured for rear, top, or recirculating exhaust. Following the instructions sequentially, I mounted the unit only to then realize the fan had to be removed an rotated 180 degrees for recirculating.

this has been a good microwave for price. put it in our house because needed new microwave but may have to move soon. served its purpose well and works well. no bells or whistles for a microwave. was easy to install/mount

It is good microwave for home uses. It is powerful and it has good look. My only problem is plastic handle and its body frame... It will grt dirty even with water drops... If you can grt it with good price, it is OK...

Looks great, functions great at a good price. Easy to use and quiet.

We bought this for our rental house. It was the right size, and definitely priced right. However, it arrived with a couple of dents and the door doesn't have a tight fit.

Purchased this on sale and feel I got a great deal. Easy to install over my oven and it was much lighter than the previous microwave (a GE). I like the look of the stainless steel but it does show finger prints.

Excellent product, came with everything needed to connect it to a vent or connect without a vent. Took 30 mins to install at most and functions perfectly. Had the product for 3 months now without any issues.

This microwave is very easy to use. Set up was easy, cooks great.
