It is pretty straightforward as far as operation goes. Our 30 year old unit had a metal fan which was used to disburse the microwaves. It didn't work very well and left hot spots on food. The turntable on this unit works much better. It cooks and defrosts evenly. We are light users and this microwave fits our needs.

Was pleased at how good it looked when installed. Some features are great like cooking times for beverages - some are a little overpowered and you have to watch the cooking time. For instance, the +30 sec. option can fool you if you are used to a gradual warming - this one really cooks it! Extremely easy to clean.

I was looking for a good microwave at a low price and great deals for this product at bestbuy and homedpot made me think about this. Bought a silver color which goes well with my kitchen cabinets. was a tad tricky to install but Detailed Picture in the instruction manual explains clearly how to install it. works well.

Easy to use with many features for the price paid.

This microwave is a good deal, it looks great and has all the basic functions. I don't think it is worth the full retail price, if on sale, it is a great buy! The fan only has 2 levels (hi/low) but even on high, it isn't that strong and we have it right above the stove. Otherwise, it does what it is suppose to do :)

This microwave has been one of the best purchases we've made this year~ Well worth the month! I would recommend this to anyone!

Overall, we're very satisfied. This is the first Samsung appliance we've purchased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another. We have their TV's and have been extremely happy with those. It appears they do just as well with appliances!!

This microwave met our needs. We use our microwave to reheat leftovers, cook popcorn, and a few frozen dinners for a quick after school meal. We have been using the new microwave for about 2 months now with no real problem. I wish the presets could be reprogrammed since it burns my popcorn.

I had a previous version of Samsung OTR which went bad. Thanks to Best Buy's 5-year warranty, they ended up replacing this with the new version. This is a very reasonably priced microwave with adequate features for most applications. One of the best design features is that the grill for air intake (?) faces the ceiling and therefore reduces the amount of oil residue etc. that usually gets deposited inside the unit. Can't think of any negatives.

We are very satisfied with the microwave itself. However, best buy gave us the wrong color and then gave us a hard time about returning it and giving us a discount.

This item is working well,and appears to be a good value for the price. However, my previous Samsung Microwave failed in less than 3 years so I will with hold judgement until we've had it for a whilw.
