It is noisier than my last microwave and it has a smaller plate. You have to really press the buttons to get them to work. It cooks fine and other than these few cons, it's a good microwave so far.

I saw some questions posted after I wrote the previous review. The range light is dim. The cord I able to be plugged into a 110v outlet. This can be vented up, back, or out into the room.

Easy to install by yourself if you have a little bit of handyman knowledge. Light weight, quick buttons didn't operate as well as I expected them to. Read the operational manual first.

First microwave was received quickly and the box was in perfect condition which had me ecstatic. Open up the box to start the install and somehow the entire corner of the microwave is smashed in and completely unusable. I have no idea how the microwave could be that damaged, but the box & styrofoam be in perfect condition... Took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another one which was an inconvenience, but not too horrible of a process. Would've been nice if BestBuy would've checked that what they were shipping is worthy of even being shipped to a customer, but other than this the microwave is as described and works great after 2 weeks.

Needed an economical option for a kitchen "facelift" to replace an on the counter mictrowave. Got this as a floor model clearance item. Once it was installed, fan did not work correctly, but Samsung tech support was excellent and had a tech out within 3 days to fix. Since then, no problems, works like a charm.

Overall great microwave for the price. We love the potato button -- cooks baked potato perfectly every time, no matter what size or kind. The defrost works fine, but it starts cooking the ends before the middle is totally defrosted. I don't know if it's me or not, but when I set the timer on the microwave, I can't cook anything in the microwave. It is probably a user error, but the limited instructions do not address this issue at all...

This product was an excellant price for a stainless steel appliance. It was delivered to our front door in a timely matter. The online ordering also made this an attractive buy. All items I have ordered in the past from Best Buy has been hassle free. I would suggest this product without any hesitation.

I purchased this Samsung after my two year old Samsung died (it would have cost $90 dollars for someone to look at it), I purchased it because I wanted it to fit on the brackets that were already above my stove. I was not excited about buying another Samsung after the last one lasted two years. I preferred the one that broke and thought this one would be the same but it is not even though they were both 1.6 cubic feet models and similar prices. Maybe my original one was discontinued because it doesn't last long.

So far I haven't had any problems. It's real easy to use. It goes really well with my kitchen! I really like it. I was a little skeptical about the brand because my mom purchased the same brand but a different model & she had it for 2 yrs & it stopped working. So I'm hoping that it doesn't do the same?

I got this microwave on an "open box" special and I was thrilled. Still am. Great product, great buy.

I bought one of these to replace my microwave that was old. After buying this one and installing it I like it so much that we bought my parents one for x-mas and my in-laws one also.. Its a great Microwave/vent/light for the price. We use the light setting as a night light every night.

The microwave is the best buy of the year. No pun. The only problem was install. The template did not measure out right but once I had it installed, it took 2 hours, it's the best microwave I've owned. I didn't get every feature but its has everything I need. Great buy at a excellent price.

Installation was some what easy. Since I already had pre-drilled holes from my old GE microwave. The owners manual leaves a lot to be missed. It's very vague.

This microwave has been really easy to use And install!! Buttons are easy to push! I would recommend this microwave to anyone!! I have had it for about 4 months now!

Actually chose this model because others were not in stock and was finishing remodel project in kitchen and needed to switch out microwave to stainles steel. Was not sure about it because of the black handle, but it looks nice and handle stays smudge free.

-This microwave is a good value for the money. It is easy to install (good instructions & patterns). -The fan is noisy but powerful, as I have mine venting back into the house. I may reroute the exhaust outside to improve the sound. -My issue is the "ECO" button. It only shuts the clock off until you touch any other button. then the clock is on until you hit ECO again. I think the display should stay off unless it is actually being used for something. I can't imagine a small digital clock can waste all that much. -Still a good machine!

Great looking product. Can't beat it for the price the only thing Is it does not have the shortcut keys for the minute cook to save time.

I missed a good deal at the time of black Friday but I grab the offer this time. I paid only about $140 before tax after getting a $15 gift card. So far it's working as per expectation and easy to install even for a people who never installed it.

Not the top of the line microwave and I knew that when I bought it. I wanted a good looking appliance with good function and options, and it has all those things. I installed myself and it was super easy. This also was a great value. I'm happy.
