Outstanding experience from the beginning with Gene helping me out with understanding my needs and filling them to the installation person who was great, professional, and efficient. The product is excellent, exactly as described and works like it is supposed to. I will buy from Best Buy for any of my needs, no reason to go anywhere else. If they have the products I need, they are my go to source.

Great help with what I need . Was able to pick it up when promised. We love there Samsung appliances . So if you need anything let them know and if they don’t have it they’ll try to get it for you. If they can’t get it they will suggest something comparable . Thanks and keep up the good work.

Installed it myself without ever taking shop class! Included templates that made install a snap. Microwave works great! Steaks thaw in minutes, veggies cook thoroughly, and reheating leftovers is a push of a button, range fan and light work great too! Reduces smokiness and keeps the kitchen manageable while cooking. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with our new Samsung Microwave. Operates basically the same as our old Samsung microwave. Best Buy price point was good and the technicians installed our new unit were very professional, hauled away our old unit and cleaned up after the installation to our satisfaction.

Wasn't real happy about our built in microwave going out just weeks of our warranty expiring, I believe it should last longer than two years and wasn't real happy that it would cost me as much to have it repaired than to just replace it altogether and have a two year warranty.. however, once making the decision to buy a new one, we were pleased with being able to pay all expenses with our credit card (no out of pocket money upfront with the unexpected repair and at Christmas time) and the efficiency of the tech who installed it.

Nice product to replace our 18 year old Samsung microwave. Overall good product, but disappointed that Black keypad is not lit, so buttons cannot be seen in low or no light. Probably our fault, but unit also missing a beverage button. Our original White unit was easy to find and use the keypad buttons.

Good microwave…however, one needs to press really hard on the glass and I don’t see a timer. There are 30 second increments; but sometimes I only need 15.

My family has trusted Samsung for TV's, Washer and Dryer units, and now this stove and the matching microwave. 100% for Samsung quality and Customer Service, absolutely outstanding! This Microwave is a great quality and well designed product. We have had zero issues so far with this great microwave.

It is decent for the price. It was replacing a Samsung. I do like the recessed turning table. The one thing I am hugely disappointed with - there is no ability to run the timer and use the microwave!! My previous Samsung had this capability and I used it ALL the time. Now, I can cook OR set timer, but not both. Can't understand why that feature would be removed!
