It's ok.

Problems are that the "buttons" don't always respond, you have to touch them over and over. This week the handle started cracking. I have no idea why. Again, we don't use it often, we don't have kids at home slamming it around. Apparently it is just made cheap.

I figured out why it was on sale. 1. of all my previous microwaves had a 10 second 360 degree turning time. 2. all my previous microwave also had a 30 second reheat button Otherwise, it is functioning as a normal microwave. I doubt that it will last as long as my first one, functioning unblemishing for 34 years then the read out became dim.

The only pain in the rear that this product really has is the installation part...but that has nothing to do with its functionality. The sleek look matches our stove top oven and the vent has been better on this microwave than the one we had to replace. We are very satisfied with this product!
