Had issues with the door and not shutting soft, but Samsung came out and received a new microwave and all has worked great!

Other than that works great so far.

The only complaint is it does not have any one touch quick mins or even a 30 second quick button. You have to enter in the full one min then hit start or you hit the 30 seconds then hit start.

We had to call Best Buy and schedule a technician to come look at it.

It replaces one just like it from 3 years ago. Works fine; a little different keyboard. I hope it can last more than 3 years this time. Best Buy installers were great - only 20 minutes to put it in the cabinetry
