We bought this microwave in Sept. 2021. In Jan. 2022, four months later, the bottom of the handle detached itself from the door. It was under warranty, so the door was replaced. The repairman told me to be sure and open the door from the CENTER of the handle. I started doing that. The handle lasted 10 months instead of four months, but today the bottom of the handle again detached from the door. It is now out of warranty. I will be buying a new microwave (NOT Samsung) because I know that even if I pay to get it fixed, the most I can expect is a year before it breaks again.

After installing the new microwave the installer tested it 3 time. It made a terrible sound on starting that I never heard before. He call the company and said to send a new one out to be installed that this one was faulty.six weeks have gone by and I still DO NOT have the new one!!

This is about as basic as a microwave can get. Only two doors for the vent fan and no quick select time settings. It goes work great and looks nice in my kitchen

I had one for 6 years until I decided to clean id and I put too much water so I replaced it by this model, my previous model had a bigger plate that my only complain
