Inspect your product , i did a store pick up and i noticed the box looked like it was just tossed around. I inspected before i the release the appliance to me and it was damaged . So always check your stuff eveyone !

It is a decent microwave. There were miscommunication with set up. Best expect new customers to know how set up works and makes no exceptions from the call center.

The machine didn’t work from day 1 . This is the second time I have had to get a refund.

Thai microwave has a mind of its own. After I use it and close the door. The microwave turns itself on.

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

Do not recommend. Does not heat well and samsung logo came off within a year.
