This purchase was a no brainer went with a Samsung appliance. This brand works for me it's a great line. Microwave was easy to manage as well as the buttons on temperature settings. Pricing was also great as it was on sale at the time of purchase.

Powerful microwave and easy to use,however, the installation was tricky. Requires two people and ideally someone with experience mounting microwaves.

I really like this microwave BUT I am giving it 4 starts because we’ve only had it for a full year and the handle already cracked and the samsung brand stickers peeled off already. We’re only a 2 person household and we’re very careful and take care of things so this was upsetting

So far, it’s been great. Wish it had better lighting, but overall a very solid microwave.

Great microwave for the price. Great value. Reheat setting is wonderful. Defrost setting is wonderful. I wish the under light were brighter but it works OK. Night light feature is wonderful.

Replaced our old Samsung model with this one and it works perfectly

This was a replacement for a very old over the range microwave. Size was almost exact. If you never have changed out an over the range microwave be patient it takes sometime and requires 2 people. Not a 20 min job. Works great

It’s a nice microwave, sleek & stylish but some things I dislike about it. First off, it gets nasty smudges so easily on its numbers, kind of a pain to deal with. Those same buttons are so difficult to press and well (so much easier to press on other brands, Oster, for example which has sturdy buttons that give great feedback and need little to no pressure. And maybe the biggest annoyance is how loud the lowest fan speed is. You’d think it’s a vacuum or a higher speed. Not good, and makes me not want to use it. Also, it DOES have a light under, but again due to the buttons it’s a pain to find in the dark and requires too much force. It’s brand new and the pressure required you’d think it’s a 10 year old microwave with work out pads. All in all, microwave works but there’s those annoyances.…….the smudges.
