The first thing I noticed was the installation was easier. with the purchase of other microwaves I had to use best buys installers. This time I took it home and two people was able to install without spending the additional money that best buy charges.

This is an attractive Microwave, SS and black.It replaced an expensive over range unit that melted down. It is nothing fancy, just the basics. It has variable power, defrost, popcorn key, and a timer. It is 1,000 watt and cooks quicly and evenly.. A nice feature is the melt/soften button that will sofdten butter and melt chocolate without scorching. Installation is fairly easy, although the instruction sheet is not translated ! very well from Korean to English. All in all, it is a good product for the money, attractive looking, and does what it needs to do. I have had it about a month now, so I can't tell you how it will hold up, but in my experience with Korean goods, they appear to very good quality.

The light is not bright enough. The button is so clumsy and not clear. But with this price, I will buy it again.

Only complaint is the light under the microwave is not bright enough to give extra light to cook top below, tried changing the bulb to a brighter LED didn't make any difference.

This microwave is really elite, works really well. One complaint is that the buttons on the microwave are not very sensitive, so you have to press hard.

I am happy so far. Microwave is working as expected. I had another similar samsung microwave which I bought 2 years ago and had door closing issue. This time I bought 5 year protection (99$)

Replaced an old 7 year microwave with the new one , The new one fit on the old bracket and use the old holes no drilling .Replaced in less than 5 minutes and the new microwave is great .Looks great in our new kitchen.

I would recommend this microwave to anyone. It's been really good so far.

This is similar to another Samsung microwave that I purchase. The previous popped my breaker about once a week. My husband is an electrician and couldn't figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be the microwave. It died after having it just over a year. This one does not pop the breaker but makes a funny sound just like the old microwave. I would probably go with a different brand when I buy a full new set of appliance.

I oringally wanted the more expensive because it just looked nicer but i told myself it only looks nicer because it has 10 other microwaves next to it. So I bought this one and it looks and works great!

Need to replace a microwave in a break room perfect size

The buttons are very hard to push. I couldn't try them because it was all boxed up. Even though it is mounted level, the door closes when it is open. There is a light underneath the microwave to the stove but it is dim. I switched it out with my old microwave which is the same wattage & it made a difference. I think it is the shape of the bulb. I have a Samsung refrigerator that I had troubles with since it was 6 mos. old. I will be staying away from Samsung for appliances.

This microwave looks great and fits well with my kitchen decor. It works well and have had no problems with it over the past month that I've been using it.

I was looking for a replacement microwave that would go under the carbonate. I looked at various stores, but best buy was the only one that has the size and price I was looking for. I even installed it with the help of my teenager.

I love it. And so nice to look at. I wish I had bought a stove to match.

Good microwave looks nice works awesome I've bought a couple of tjem already 1 for my place and a couple for rental property i recommend it to everyone who has rental properties

So happy with my microwave. Most happy that it fits between my cupboards. Had tried another brand but when we got it home, the door wouldn't open because the swing and door thickness was too big. This was perfect!
