Really lovely look and does what a microwave does!

Very pleased with this microwave. Worked really well.

The only reason I am giving this a one star rating is because I cannot give it zero stars. First one we received started running on its own when it was plugged in. Called Samsung and they said it was a defect so I took it back. Second one had to be ordered, and took two weeks to arrive. I installed it and then realized that there was no glass tray in the box. Best Buy said it wasn't there problem, and were horrible at their customer service. The only thing they have going for them is the fact that Samsung's customer service was even worse! I will never buy another Samsung product, and as for Best Buy...Amazon has everything they do with free shipping for Prime members; so I will never grace their stores with my presence again.

Heats the food and beverages, no problem. 1.6 cubic feet could be small during a holiday cook's preparation, but otherwise fine!

Microwave was defective with door switch not aligned/working correctly. The microwave came on immediately upon plugging it in and finishing installation - and would not turn off. Contacted Samsung support through Best Buy and tried "rebooting" it (did do anything) - was told to return it or they'd send a technician out to repair it. Have ordered another one from Best Buy - Hopefully the next one will work.

It's a decent microwave. It gets the job done. I do wish you could use the kitchen timer while cooking something in the microwave, but you can't. Also, the light underneath is not very bright.

Just brought this microwave.the one we had was getting old.So far so good looks good with my other appliances.

So far so good. Everything is working like it should. Did the installation myself after watching a diy YouTube video.

Although the box was undamaged on arrival, and the microwave was packed well, there was a dent in the casing. I found this out when the handyman was at my house to install it, and at that point I didn't want to return it and schedule another 2 or 3 days to receive and install a new one. The dent was not visible after it was installed. The keypad buttons are hard to push, and I thought this would get better over time, when I got used to them. Months later, the buttons are still hard to push. It's pretty loud during cooking (louder than my old one, which is counterintuitive), and it does not have all of the functions that the specs claim. For example, I read that you can turn off the turntable. There are no instructions for this in the manual, and no apparent function on the microwave keypad to do this. The only good things I can say about this microwave is that it heats more quickly than the one at my work, and has the Eco Mode button, which turns off the display lights to save energy. I will probably end up switching it out some day when I have the time and money to do so.

For the price it works fine. Easy to install despite a manual guide that doesn't fit exactly this model. Good recirculating ventilation but very noisy.

After installing, found most reviews accurate: can't operate a timer while also microwaving; quite loud; 1 KW not very strong; no turntable on/off; instructions/spec sheet very basic and printed on newsprint; very plastic-y--including handle and door. Would buy another model next time.

Nice microwave easy to use and easy to clean it good quality

Figured we could mound this directly to the soffit (above the range), per a Best Buy employee - but must be mounted below a cabinet. Had to return it and get a hood and separate counter microwave.

Likes: Easy to use with a variety of options. Like that you can use an energy saver option to shut off the display light. Dislikes: It is made of mostly thin metal so the sound is loud when you close it. Don't think it will hold up as well as the old thicker medal/plastic microwave. The inside light is off to one side and provide poor illumination of the interior.

Not as easy to use as others. There is no way to instantly set it by pressing one button. You must enter the amount of time you want it to cook.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for a microwave which had to be "retired". It's a great product for the price and I am completely satisfied with its performance so far.

It works but sometimes when I use my stove the exhaust will turn on automatically if it senses too much heat

Great microwave. Doesn't have shortcut buttons for minute timed starts.
