So far so good. It cooks food faster than any microwave I've ever had. Its quiet and even has a light which our other above stove microwave didnt have. I didn't read that it had one so that was a cool bonus.

Good microwave for the money. Had all of the bells and whistles that we were looking for and so far it works great.

So far it works great with no problems! It meets or exceeds the need I bought it for. Works so well I will consider buying another one for rental unit!

Overall, it is what you'd expect from Samsung. It works, it looks great. The buttons and materials feel a little cheap. Also it is limited for options/versatility

I got this as an open box as I was searching to replace my microwave that went. bad and this has been working in the household with no issues and it is quieter than my previous microwave. I will be getting one for my mother.

Microwave has performed well so far. The installation template was a bit off line (had to adjust prior to drilling holes). Buttons are harder to press than previous GE microwave and bottom light is not as bright.

This is getting installed today, I’m so excited to finally have it installed as I ordered it months ago

This is the second time buying this product. Originally bought it and use it at least twice a day and lasted 6 years how can I get any other product very lucky they still made this model

Wonderful I love it! It was a great cooks great, besides it looks good over the stove nice color set off the kitchen with a beautiful style. Nice and courteous workers, great service. One of my outstanding go to stops, my store Best Buy

I've only just installed the microwave but so far so good - great appearance and size. Its only been operable for a day, but hopefully my review remains positive.

Well I am excited to see this get put up, I am sure it will be great as I am happy with all Samsung products besides the phones only because I am an apple guy. If my contractor would hurry up I will have a nice pic for you, will update soon, this is for a flip house.

This microwave works well and it looks nice in our kitchen. It seems to cook about 30 seconds faster than our previous microwave. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t use the timer at the same time when I’m using the microwave.

I ordered the microwave at the store. The sales person was very nice and help me with my purchase. The order did arrive on time as promised. I would definitely will go back for any future appliance purchases.

The only thing that could be better is the light under the microwave. IT has high & low settings. The high is more like low & the low is a night light. Other than that the product was easy to install & works great. Very easy to use. Before purchase I read that the light needed to be brighter but I didn't think it would matter, but I do wish it were brighter!

Looks great. Installs easy. If you do a lot of high heat cooking you will be very disappointed with hood vent power.

It's not the biggest and it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some microwaves have today, but since all we do is reheat, make popcorn, and melt butter, it's absolutely perfect! Not to mention it looks fabulous!

Matched the other Samsung appliances we purchased and fit into existing space (not as tall or deep as some of the more bells and whistles models). Very basic model that looks good and works well.

Only giving it 4 stars because I haven't had that long. Love the presets that comes with it because they are actually the appropriate times. Cooks faster than similar microwaves that I have had the past.

So far, so good. Nothing special. I will share that installation was an ordeal! The instructions were horrible. And the unit itself is slanted towards the back wall making it appear not level. Note: the cardboard looking square inside the microwave is a necessary component and should not be removed although the instructions did not specify this.
