Really good microwave for a low price. Wish there was more light underneath it to give off more light but overall still great!

The unit was installed, and I used it for about two weeks, and finally notified BestBuy that it was not running smoothly (rotating plate was jerky, rather than steady, and touch pad required too much force). It was replaced with no problems, and seems to be fine. Could use better instruction on how to set for different purposes.

Recently remodeled our kitchen with all new Samsung appliances. This microwave works great and makes popcorn on its auto setting perfectly!

Samsung makes a great and reliable line of appliances! I renovate many homes a year and exclusively use this brand due to high customer satisfaction.

This is a good microwave. Cooks things really well. I have it configured without a vent and it works great

Cooks food fast and evenly. Only thing i wish it had was the express cooking. But I knew that before I bought it.

Received the microwave box looked fine but once it was installed and put to use internal fan did not operate and door sensor malfunction allowing the microwave to start up on its own and keep running. Due to the covid-19 pandemic I realized returning it would be tough or close to impossible, so I repaired it myself,grant that I'm a facilities engineer so this was a piece of cake for me, but would not recommend Samsung for the sheer fact that it didn't look like it happened in shipping it looked to be shipped from the factory this way because the box was in good shape with no signs of damage.

This microwave was too loud. Other than that I think it would have been fine. I just could live with the vibration throughout the house when it was being used. I returned this item.

It works great and it's beautiful. I only would like to see defrost when I am defrosting my food instead of cook.

I love the flexibility for the exhaust fan to either vent inside the kitchen or through an outside vent is awesome. Great looking product and works great.

The microwave was easy to install and works great, wish the stainless steel didn't smudge as much but great product.

For what I paid, this is a great product. The handle seems a little flimsy, but overall, it is perfect for what I need.
