good all around, needs some getting used too, light under is fairly dim in a dark kitchen only one bulb, and exhaust fan is really loud as i use it to exhaust indoor not through a vent

It works great and is not loud like other brands. I wish it had the one touch feature (I.e. touch the 1 for one minute cooking). You have to type in the full time and then press Start. The ECO button is a great feature. Overall I am happy with it!

This is a nice microwave and I got it at a great price since it was a floor model. It was easy to mount they provide a template. Easy to operate.

This is a replacement of the same unit that stopped working. The price to repair warrants just replacing the unit. We like the name brand. It works perfectly for our needs. Installation easy. Only draw back is the door closure that is not smooth. I like that foreign car closure sound. This one is just to plastic sounding.

We picked this model because of its high Consumer Reports rating and it does not disappoint. We paid for Best Buy to install it, and the guys were fabulous. On time, clean, neat, in and out in 1/2 hour, set up time, etc. and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Controls are straightforward, user-friendly, easy to use. Powerful, quiet, we're totally pleased.

meets all my expectations and was easy to install. However I wish the start and stop/clear letters where larger. The numbers are fine however.

Our microwave died. This looked like a good replacement. We were very lucky the mounting brackets were flexible so was able to fit nicely into the GE Spacemaker microwave we removed. The GE one was quieter, this is a bit noisier. But it works!
