This is a very good microwave for me but I do have one problem. It is almost 2 inches taller than my old one therefore it is lower to my stove. There is no way to adjust my cabinets. I did not measure the height b/f I purchased this product. So when someone replaces a micro do check your dimensions to make sure it is the correct size. I was told they are all the same size. Not sure that is true.

Very nice looking that complete my appliance package. Easy to install and easy operation. It runs very quite and cooks nice.

This showed up at my door within two days of ordering it. Best basic microwave for a really reasonable price. No complaints so far and I have had it a few months. Easy to install.

In today's day and age, quality is more than just working. This microwave works ok. There is no reason the exhaust fan cannot be insulated better/quieter than it is. The exterior of the unit vibrates when the microwave is on. More durable construction or insulation would make a huge difference. There is no explanation of what the short-cut keys do until you start microwaving ( a sticker would be nice). There is no option for multiple potatoes, just one. The dinner plate reheat setting makes stuff SO hot you have to let it set for 5 minutes before you can eat it. Don't take me wrong, it works, I would just look elsewhere before I buy this unit. I haven't had it long enough to tell how well it will hold up.

Terrific microwave with all the bells and whistles. Does everything I want. Only problem I have is the touch pad, because it is black it is difficult for me (older person) to see but once you've used it a few times you remember where they all are. Love it

I just wanted a basic & reasonably priced over the cook top microwave & the fact that it was in stock was a factor as I didn't want to go without for 7-10 days as many places needed to order. The only thing I don't like is that you can't program the defrost in minutes as my old one allowed me to besides in ounces or pounds.

It was a major project to get this thing installed but it was completely worth it. We've got a great microwave which doesn't take up any counter space. We have bought several Samsung appliances and this one is just as awesome as the rest of them!

We were looking for a very basic microwave. We found it! This Samsung offers the basics for the cook who is not interested in the complexities of a microwave with numerous features. It has everything you need, yet leaves out the confusion associated with often having to operate with assistance!

this oven heats food and is easy to operate. I bought it because I needed a microwave oven after mine broke.
