Great product. Easy to use and I would buy it again!

I love our microwave!!! It works so much better than our old one. Even the popcorn button is exact which is a big thing in our house!!!!

The first unit failed after one day due to a motor noise. Best Buy replaced it with no hassles and the new unit is working fine.

Fine microwave range. I had similar, but better power and capacity. Same Samsung. Now not available. Worked for 3.5 years. Then stopped. Repair is more expensive, then buying a new one. Hope it will work for the next 4 years. I have all Samsungs in the kitchen. All had problems. Next time I would never buy Samsung products. Last time I had all Maytags, just white colors. No problems at all.

Great microwave if you aren't looking for a lot of add on functions. It's just perfect for heating up my meals and hot drinks. It appears well made and should last a long time.

I purchased the Samsung microwave as on open box since it was in stock and a regular new one was not available for a few weeks. Sadly the microwave had an issue with the fan motor and light staying on when the door was closed. I had to have a technician come out to fix it. He said it was non-repairable. and recommended I take it down and bring it back for a new one. The hinges were bent which I can't image wouldn't have been found during a quality control check. He straighten the hinges out as much as possible but I will have to have someone remove the microwave so I can return it and then have someone reinstall the new microwave. The microwave overall is average but I will certainly think twice before purchasing an open-box product.

I am always hesitant to purchase a Samsung, due to many negative experience in the past. But due to a sale, I decided to try it again. So far, all is working well and it is a very nice looking microwave.

What better way to wrap up 2020 by giving someone a dented and wrong color Christmas gift. Thanks for the attention to detail bestbuy. Other than that the microwave works fine and installs easily. I will say the door sits slightly lower than the numeric pad and the right side top front corner protrudes about 1/8” higher than the left. It’s noticeable before and after installing. Summery. Blame the dent and jacked up door on manufactures defect. Poor quality control would be a safe bet because the box was in stellar shape. Blame the wrong color on Best Buy’s warehouse shipping department. I’d still recommend the microwave after only 3 weeks of use. I think I just had bad luck and got one that was assembled by a careless employee and then shipped by yet another careless employee.

Not a big microwave person but gets the job done. Super easy to install and easy to use.

Worked nicely for just a little over 12 months, then the door would not stay shut. It was just over the 1 year manufacture warranty. Luckily, I had the Best Buy extended warranty. An expensive Samsung microwave should last longer than one year. I would not recommend.
