||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m used to quick start buttons from other microwaves (press 1 and 1 minute automatically starts) in this microwave you have to push the numbers and always press start afterwards. Obviously this is nitpicking as it is just one more step to press start but it took some time for us to get used to.

No help from the Best Buy lady. Kinda odd, don't you think. Well, here goes. You can push them buttons all day and the thing just sits there. You gotta really mash them buttons and it still doesn't work sometimes. Had my old microwave oven figured out real good. It could cook pop corn likity split. The installation instructions weren't much help. Installed it myself. I like the microwaves with a dial. Just turn the dial and there you go; it works.

Our Maytag went out and we went with this Samsung. The technicians here in Santa Fe, NM were excellent! They were professional, quick and worked hard at installing this new microwave about our stove. The brackets were different so they had to install new bracketing. They were so good! Thank you for picking up our old microwave, and all that hard work at installing.

The template included with the hanging instructions was over a 1/4 inch off and would have made the two hanger bolts difficult to line up. Other than that it was exactly as expected.
