The only issue I have, is the trim around it. So you have the stainless and then a black film framing the glass. This is ok for most, but for short people - you can’t see inside. Ha ha. I am too short and have to stand on my tip toes or use a stool to see the food on the turn table.

Only has one light bulb that shines down on the top of the stove. Would have liked 2 lights for more brightness.

This one has a black background Keypad where the previous one had a white background with black lettering. Having older eyes probably has abit to do with it also though. It's great other than that.

Looks great, but vent fan is loud

We thought maybe the BB installers did something wrong, but we recently had this uninstalled and reinstalled due to getting new cabinets, but the vent fan is still very loud. I don't think we will be using the fan too often. Other than the fan it looks and works great.

I think it is a great option compared to the home improvement stores. For the microwave, I did a pickup and it went smoothly. I wish that BestBuy offered a more comprehensive service for parts but there are a number of other options with the manufacturers and resellers.
