The microwave is of good quality and the good thing is that it heats the food very quickly and is quite large.

Perfect... Easy to mount.. easy mounting instructions... Does everything expected as far as what you expect a microwave to do ... Not highest end grade, but not lowest end... Works well for how we use it...

Works great and it's easy to use, we like the quick pick buttons. we wish it had a medium fan speed though.

my clothes are easy to install and so far we've had great luck with that no problems easy to cook heats up nicely.

Installed the microwave only to realize the bottom part of the handle was broken upon arrival. I've read numerous reviews on this particular unit and similar ones across the Samsung OTR line and this seems to be a known issue. Unfortunately, the way my kitchen layout is, I can't deviate from the dimensions as anything will either not fit or require extensive trimming of my kitchen backsplash. The unit was exchanged for another; hopefully I don't run into the same problem, though my expectations aren't very high.

Please do not buy this model; my review is only for this particular model (Model #ME17R7021ES). I don't know how Samsung microwaves compare to other companies in general. I have already exchanged three of these models in the past three years: the first two from Best Buy and this one from Lowe's. They do not last more than 8 to 10 months. The first one started making a loud noise and I was able to exchange it at Best Buy within 30 days. The second one Samsung came out to replace the parts and it worked for a few months before it completely stopped. On to my third one from Lowe's with a 5-year extended warranty. Exactly after 9 months, it stopped as well. Samsung is coming out to replace parts again. The reason why I kept going back to this model was due to the wall support that comes with the microwave so that I don't have to keep drilling for other brands as they are all a little different. Please stay away from this model completely, it qualifies for the worst appliance in the market.

Bought this to replace my Samsung microwave that stopped heating. Was able to use the old mounting hardware - slipped right into place. A little bit louder than the old one, but works great!

This unit is a very good looking for the price and does a great job heating up and cooking the different foods I put inside of it

It's a great microwave. The interior is large. It's strong, cooks food evenly due to the inside turn table. Was easy for a handyman to replace the old one. Stainless is very compatible with my range and refridgerator.

I did buy it for my kids in college, so far excelent features and performance.

So far, I completely love this microwave. It looks great! It fits perfectly and does its job well. The fan doesn't do much because it's not vented out, but the light has a low and high setting that shines down on the stovetop, so that's nice.

The microwave is fine, nothing fancy. I am sad it doesn't have automatic quick start features ( 1min, 2min, etc) and I don't like that it beeps when you leave something in it, but it matches my new kitchen well.

It is good and easy to assemble. cheap and good quality.

Our Samsung microwave was delivered on time and installed professionally and efficiently. It has a modern look with black and silver trim. Has multiple features for popcorn, potato, pizza, veggies, auto defrost, soft melt and reheat. You can vary the power levels to adjust cooking methods.

The housing of this microwave looked as though it was built by a toddler, dented corners, poor metal bends, and clearly "jammed" together in spots. We didn't return it because it isn't visibile upon installation, but seriously disappointed in the workman ship and that this actually made it past quality. There was no physical damage to the box or packaging, so we knew it went into the box in this condition.
