OMG I LOVE THIS! I had resisted getting a sound bar for a long time, not wanting something else to dust.... We are big movie buffs and really miss the theatres being closed, so I finally bought a sound bar to give us fuller sound when watching movies. Now I regret that I didn't get this years ago! Saturday nights are movie nights again – we pick out a movie and shut the lights and have popcorn….not quite the same but it does feel more theatre-like. Set up was very easy, just put it in place and connect it to the TV. The instructions were easy to follow, for the connection. I used the optical cable that came with it to connect it to an Output connection in the back of the TV. I have a Samsung TV, which was a key reason I picked a Samsung sound bar. The sound is fantastic. I did not realize how much lower the quality was coming from the back of the TV. It's a good size. My TV is on a TV Stand and I had measured the height to get a sound bar that would not block the bottom. And measured the width so it wasn't wider than the TV. I attached a photo. Having this in front of the TV, we hear so much better and I noticed that we use the close captioning less. Plus the sound it simply fantastic. I thought we'd only use it when watching movies, but we're using it all the time. No reason not to. There is one downside, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. You can change the setting on the TV to send the audio output to the external speaker (the sound bar). Otherwise you get an echo, when the sound comes out of the back of the TV and also from the sound bar. So you tell the TV to only send the audio to the sound bar. Here's my issue: every time I change the volume - with any remote (Cox DVR, Samsung TV or Samsung Sound Bar, they all worked automatically with no configuring), then the TV displays a message telling me that it is connected to an external speaker and to change the sound there.....then it takes 10-15 seconds for that message to go away. Meanwhile, the program is playing and the picture is temporarily blocked in the center of the screen. Including when you mute/unmute during commercials. I worked with Samsung technical support via Facebook and they were not able to help me get this message not to show. I expected Samsung to have better compatibility between it's own products. You may not have this problem. I DO RECOMMEND this sound bar. It's a good size, has a smooth surface so I can dust it, looks very nice and as I've said a couple times, the sound is fantastic. But I'm disappointed over the stupid display message every time I change the volume and will just have to live with that.

Easy to install. Great wall mounting hardware. Perfect sound from such small sound bar. Remote easy to use. Samsung sound bar pairs to off brand tv.

I love this sound bar! It does everything, I no longer have a stereo. It plays my music from my phone, my movies sound great. Best purchase ever.

I bought this sound bar because it was compatible with my tv one remote controls them both and it has good sound there is no sub with this bar but I have no where to put a sub anyway good value and good sound

I bought this Samsung soundbar not realizing how easy it would pair up with my flat screen TV -a Samsung as well. I hadn’t even thought about the compatibility or how I would be able to use one remote for both devices to control the sound. I’m very happy with my purchase!!!

I bought 3 of these to go with my Samsung 2 ms-650 and 1 Samsung ms 550 soundbar and I can play them all at once with my Samsung Multiroom app.

I finally invested in a new Samsung television, and during my research I read a lot of reviews that spoke to the importance of a sound bar accessory. I didn't want a bass speaker that would rattle the walls of my small house - this sound bar without a bass speaker had good reviews and a reasonable sale price. It synced with my Samsung TV easily- I plugged in the power and connected the speaker to the TV with the optical cord and the set up was complete. The sound bar fits under the TV using the provided TV stand legs for a streamlined appearance. It has a significant, positive impact on sound. Sound is less muddy and dialogue is moved forward. Much easier to hear at lower volume levels through competing sounds in the household. I wish I would have used a sound bar earlier!

I have owned large, powerful home theater systems since they became a thing. But I live in an apartment now, with neighbors above and below, thundering bass woofers aren't practical. And with my old systems, the dialogue in the movie was always too soft compared to the sound effects, hard to control the volume. But this soundbar solves those problems very well. It still has good bass response without the heavy thump you get with subwoofers. The volume of dialogue vs. special effects and bass is well controlled. You can hear people talking to each other without getting blasted out of the room when explosions, crashes, etc. come along. And it's very compact, simple to hook up and syncs with my new Samsung 4k TV perfectly. It fills the living room with sound even at lower volume levels. Highly recommended if your living environment resembles mine.

We purchased this soundbar to pair with the new Samsung TV and Samsung DVD player for our daughter's apartment. We figured the sound from the TV's speakers wouldn't be sufficient, and we were right. Since this is for an apartment, we decided against getting a subwoofer (don't need trouble with the neighbors). This soundbar has good sound and decent enough bass. Set up was easy. I would recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this Samsung Soundbar because of the great price and I also have a Samsung TV. Most flat TVs don’t have terrific sound and so I wanted to improve that. The soundbar was pretty easy to connect and set up. It allows for my TV and cable remotes to control the sound. The sound that it provides is terrific. It is Bluetooth capable which is a plus. For the price, I think this Soundbar is a great buy.

I bought this soundbar as a companion to the Samsung - 55" Class - LED - NU7100 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR television I purchased for my husband for Christmas. It provides great sound and is a snap to connect to the television - which is important to us since we are technology challenged. The sound is clear and capable of very loud volume if that is your thing. It also is not too heavy on the base, which is a pet peeve of mine. Super pleased.

I currently use this under my 55” TV in my apartment bedroom and it’s perfect. It’s not too big and is a nice fit under the tv and well in my price range and is worth it for anything you would need a speaker for. Music sounds great as well as movies and video games.

Got this for bedroom tv. Good sound quality and separation for the money. It is Bluetooth capable so I can add rear speakers and subwoofer at a later date if necessary. Easy set up and pairing with cable remote ( Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great sound bar for homes around 1500 sq ft. Place the sound bar under the TV for best sound. The sound is absolutely amazing and can be used to play your media apps also. Great price, great value!

This is a good sound bar the soumd is perfect for my apartment and I like the base as well and I like the fact that it nsync's great with the Samsung TV and the price was terrific

I wanted a simple to use sound bar and this one is easy to set up on my new Samsung TV. Much better sound quality than the TV speakers. Very good bass if that’s what you like!

I went in to the store knowing absolutely nothing about sound bars, and came out purchasing this. Between the advice I received in person and what I read online, this seemed like the best value. The sound bar was easy to set up and install, although I would recommend hard-wiring the connection via HDMI instead of the wireless Bluetooth (there was a little bit of lag via the BT connection) Overall, I am pleased with the product, but with the price tag, I wish I would have gotten a little bit more. In hindsight, I would have spent a little bit more money to go to a higher model with a subwoofer or higher channel. Overall though, the product is great and definitely improves the sound quality.
