High performing microwave with plenty of space for large casserole dish, only complaint so very hard to see the key pads (buttons) to cook. My fear is in time the number will wear off. Other than that cooks fast and looks great.

We were skeptical at first because of the price but we can say it is worth every penny. My wife is only 4'11" so we knew it had to be within reach. The control panel being at the. Bottom was the icing on the cake. The dark glass, ceramic interior provide an extra appeal. This unto works very well for us.

Looks nice with other Samsung Appliances. Does everything as advertised.

I love the way the microwave cooks and looks, and it is easy to clean. I do wish that the control panel wasn't so reflective. It is difficult to see it in the light. I wish that the Light and Fan features would stay on one setting so that I could simply turn my chosen setting On and then Off. As it is, I have to turn them On and then choose the setting that I want each time I use it. I wish that I could program both a 1 min. and a 2 min. cycle that would always be there. As it is, I have to choose those each time. It's okay, but I wish the clock were bigger print. It would be nice to be able to read it from across the kitchen. Makes great popcorn. I wish the installer had taken the microwave off of the Demo Mode as it took me several failed attempts to get the microwave to work. It would just run for a few seconds but not do anything. I just stumbled on to the Demo Mode and turned it to OFF, and then everything began to work! The Manual could be more detailed and comprehensive and could include that step about turning OFF the Demo Mode (which is only used in the store to sell the product). Overall, I'm happy with it.

Microwave is very nice, large & dark color inside so it doesn't look dirty ever.

I really like this appliance. It has great style and performs very well. It is roomy and has a great interior that is easy to clean.

Awesome sleek design. Easy to install and operate and matches my Samsung refrigerator perfectly.

Functionality is fine. I do find that they plate on the inside can be difficult to get centered on the disk - it just isn't a snug fit - but it is not a deal-breaker. What I do not care for are the visible fingerprints on the number pad. When I saw it at the store, it appeared in that light that it would be more "fingerprint-friendly" which is why I chose this model. Once we installed it (we did not pay for the BB install because it was just too much $$ to hang a microwave) and we used it in the natural light, I could easily see more fingerprints. So now I have a very clean micro because I clean the front at least twice a day. Overall, the product works fine.

More than I wanted to spend for a MW, but it matched our other purchases. Had to cut down cabinet above to get the right distance from range top to bottom of MW. In the end, it looks beautiful.

Nice clean finish. Improvements could be the use of a lighter interior. The current almost black" is hard to see if clean. Also easier to read font on the control panel.
