The microwave is really nice.. The reason why i put 3 stars because there were no bolts i had to go buy them at home depot it was open box rated excellent so i dont know what that means i was expecting everything in the box !

I like the microwave but should had researched it first. I had it less than 45 days and Samsung has been out twice to service problems. Apparently the issues are common and widespread.

Bought this to match all my Samsung appliances. This is a beautiful model, quiet and efficient. The touch controls are a little quirky as you have to be in the exact spot or it does not work. Other than that no other complaints

We've only had this microwave for a couple of weeks, but so far are totally happy with it. The men from Best Buy who installed it were great. They were on time, quick and left no mess.

Ibguess ibshoukd be happy i got six years out of the thing. We limed its features especially the 2.2 cu of space but in the end we didnt need it all and that just made the unit stuck out over the stove so much we never would use the back burners (tall folks). When it died it died just dead not chance of it coming back. Even had a local repair guy come check it out, no dice. Kind of sad we paid all that money and only got 6 yrs out if it. While it worked it did its job well no headaches during the 6 yr run.

Haven't had any issues with the unit so far 6mo in. Could certainly have used a "30 sec. EZ-ON" feature! Would have likely purchased a different model but preferred the matching finishes on the rest of the appliances.
