We got this microwave on sale @ bb and have enjoyed it very much so far. Seems very well made.

Good looking, but might get a different one if we didnt have other appliamces made by samsung

This is a more modern looking microwave then some of the others. The exhaust fan to the exterior is very nice because of the multiple fan level settings.

It works perfect, faceplate easy to read in dim light, great fan and cooks everything better than any oven we have had in the past.

This microwave is everything we hoped it would be and more. It also came at a very reasonable price.

Every dollar I spend worth it. Their was one other little cheaper than this model but I take risk and now I'm very happy with my purchase,

this is a great fit with the Samsung self-cleaning convection range.

I like the control panel is located at the bottom of the unit.

Purchased first unit in 2015, three repairs later it was replaced through warranty. In 2019 second unit 'gave up the ghost' and replaced by another brand (also under extended warranty).

Within 4yrs the plastics around the door cracked making it useless

After thinking we could not understand how to work it....make it heat... geek squad guy said it had bad safey sensors. Brand new.

Stop working on heat weather/even on stove on We had many technical issues with this microwave

Have used this microwave for 5 months and really like it. It is quiet and efficient with lots of options/pre-selects that take the guesswork out of heating/cooking. I love the design and the placement of the keypad on the door as it provides for a "longer" overall oven. It looks slick over my Samsung range (same design) which is a bit more modern but still fits most decor. The one complaint i have is that the select buttons on the front are hard to read, the lettering is a bit light/small on a silver background. when we purchased it I thought the buttons were back-lit when operating. It's not horrible but my eyesight is not getting any better.

Horrible, door broke, electrical problems what a waste of money

I just hung the microwave and my initial opinion is good. It has great looks and the buttons are easy to use. The LED light is bright and the fan is quiet (on the lower settings). Writing the review after more than a year of using the product. I bought this product after lot of research and i am happy that i am satisfied with the product. Powerful exhaust fan - My primary reason for buying this product (in addition to a smart looking fully functional microwave) was the powerful fan. With this microwave i do not need a separate exhaust fan and the fan does a good job taking out all the smoke from the cooking area. I use the kitchen a lot and quite a few people make food with lot of oil etc. However, the oil residue due to smoke is minimal on my dark kitchen cabinets. HTH

This microwave looks much nicer than the other Samsung ones available. I love the control functions on the bottom with the stainless background. I feel as though this looks much more expensive than it actually costs. It works great and was extremely easy to install.

I had samsung send a service out for warranty repair 4 times through the first 11 months I owned. Fixed 4 different issues on the microwave. I called samsung for the 5th service as it would no longer power on. Samsung confirmed I still had 1 month on my warranty, but couldn't get someone out for several weeks, at which point my warranty would be expired and I would be liable for the costs. I am forced to go buy a new microwave as we have a young child and are dependent on the luxuries of a microwave and can no longer wait for the appropriate action to take place. Bottom Line - This microwave sucks and I would not recommend it. Also beware that the door becomes out of alignment with the edge stainless steel strip and often will peel it up as confirmed by the service technician that came to fix mine the first time. Its unfortunate that I have had this less than a year and am already forced to buy a new one. Will never buy a samsung product again after the aforementioned warranty experience.
