I purchased this Samsung over the range microwave for my elderly in laws with the idea that the controls at the bottom of the door would make them easier to reach. This is working great for them and is a beautiful addition to their kitchen. The black stainless finish is gorgeous. They are happy and that makes me happy!

Looks great! Works well and matches the other appliances in the kitchen! Wish the actual functional letters would light up , since it is black stainless it is a little dark so we have to guess where they are located !

We were skeptical about this microwave because it is so inexpensive. No reason to be! It heats very evenly and looks great. It compliments the other Samsung appliances we just purchased.

A decent microwave to have, but the fan only has one speed and the buttons have to be pushed pretty hard to get them to work. Other than that, it is a good microwave. Heats things up well and cooks well too!

We replaced all our kitchen appliances and this was part of the package. It's relatively quiet and we like the controls on the bottom. I wish Best Buy were allowed to install the microwave and dishwasher as they did the refrigerator and stove, but my wife and I installed the microwave in about 20 minutes. The instructions were clear as to whether the exhaust from the stove needed to be vented inside or externally and how to rotate the exhaust duct to accomplish this. After shopping big box stores we found the price on this to be at least $100 cheaper at Best Buy. Knowledgeable sales people, excellent customer service and delivery Geek Squad.

It was easy to install and had no problems since then.

The microwave looks very modern, and having the controls along the bottom of the door makes them very reachable. I like that you can use it the old fashioned way, by just putting in the cook time, or using more automated settings. Still not used to having a rack in a microwave.

Love that it matches my range and that the controls are along the bottom. It's short people friendly. Huge inside. Also love the shelf and all of the features. Could not be happier.

I wasn't sure about getting a Samsung microwave. However, now, I'm glad I took a chance. It's easy to operate and has a very spacious interior. It comes with a turntable and rack and since the interior is so large you can use both if you need to cook/reheat large amounts.

Functional, beautiful, relatively east to install.

I don't even know why some people complain about how big the microwave door is I'm 6 foot tall n it doesn't bother me at all at first after reading all them negative reviews i almost changed my mind I'm glad i did not tho i love the way this mw looks and works

Turntable turns counter clockwise and clockwise, while makeing noise. Also, Door opens full width, that makes you step way back to open microwave door so your head isn't hit with door

Unit looks fantastic and the light and fan are exactly what we wanted. The microwave was just a bonus. The microwave itself works but the buttons and interface is sub par. Our old counter top microwave had more features and options and the interface was much nicer. This one is bare bones and gets the job done just not as friendly with the buttons. We don't use the microwave very often so this purchase was more to replace our old vent and over the range light with something that filled the space. This does and excellent job at doing that. Just didn't realize how limited the functions are on this microwave.

I have no complaints about this unit. Looks good and works very well. If there is a complaint it is about the wall mounting bracket. The older microwaves had a complete wall mounting plate to screw top the wall. In this day of making it cheaper that plat has been reduced to a mounting strip or a mounting bar. Its only about 2-3 inches tall when the old ones covered the entire back of the unit. Its no problem, it does the job. However in my particular application I had to add to the strip to make it work. No big deal. Just added some extra work to the install.

I haven't had the microwave all that long, so I haven't had occasion yet to use all of the features. However, so far I have been pleased with the purchase. I really like the look of the black stainless steel finish and the sleek design. It functions nicely for routine cooking.

Easy to install and works great. Still haven't figured out what all the settings do but it works great for the basic stuff.

If you're looking to replace a hood for this microwave you'll have an empty space about 3in on each side. The inside it huge and super easy to use!
