Button along the bottom are much easier to use, color is great, and it stays clearer much longer!

We’ve had this microwave for just over a year and we have needed the door replaced twice. The heat from the stove below does something to the electronics in the door. Apparently it’s a common issue, but it’s been a pain to get any resolution. You have to jump through so many hoops to get ahold of anyone who will take responsibility for the repair. Such a pain!

But the only thing I can say that was less than good experience that I had was the Geek Squad member that brought the microwave and installed it had at best a very poor attitude I’m disabled and he asked me where I wanted the old you can set it in front of garage he said No you didn’t pay the $25.00 for me to do that and then I asked him if I could use his 2 wheeler he said absolutely not so I’d the best I could to get it to the garage you can bet your last dollar they got the last of mine . That’s not all they screwed up my entire order on washer/ dry I just finally told the to refund my money and I went to Lowe’s which I really didn’t want to do .

They say it heats and cooks so much faster than their old one which makes meal time prep easier and faster. So far they are very happy with their Samsung appliances.
