Excellent microwave / poor service

But the only thing I can say that was less than good experience that I had was the Geek Squad member that brought the microwave and installed it had at best a very poor attitude I’m disabled and he asked me where I wanted the old you can set it in front of garage he said No you didn’t pay the $25.00 for me to do that and then I asked him if I could use his 2 wheeler he said absolutely not so I’d the best I could to get it to the garage you can bet your last dollar they got the last of mine . That’s not all they screwed up my entire order on washer/ dry I just finally told the to refund my money and I went to Lowe’s which I really didn’t want to do .

While cleaning it a error code SE showed up on the display. Luck i was under the 1 year warranty. They replaced the door and the microwave worked. A year later same issues. SE error code. I dont recommend this microwave as it wont last more then a year.

A bit of a time consuming effort to lay out mounting hardware to install but not difficult. I would recommend this microwave.
