Switch the fan to filter into the room instead of venting is a hassle but otherwise the product is solid unfortunately it did not work with the layout of my kitchen. The door hinges didn’t have enough clearance because my stove is in the corner Not an issue with the microwave it is a cramped kitchen

We bought two of these microwaves, both work well. They look really good and match the stove.

The unit was very easy to install. Only need to bolt in one bracket in three spots and the two overhead bolts. Can be done within the hour. The unit has amazing build quality and performs great.

Sensor cook feature perfectly cooks a hot beverage. Love the interior. The no handle feature makes it looks nice in our kitchen.

It’s not a bad microwave. I purchased this as a replacement to a Samsung microwave that no longer worked, because the door would not close. Samsung discontinued a replacement door for that model. I could not get the door closed due to a broken door hook latch key. It turned out not to be the latch key, but the plastic piece inside the door that hold the latch key. I preferred the old microwave. This model is okay, but not as user friendly as the older model.

If using Timer for oven timer won’t stay on if running the microwave

I rated this a four only because it doesn't have automatic timers. For example, instead of being able to press just the #2 for two minutes, you have to press two, zero, zero for it to heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, it's a good buy.
