I own other Samsung products and I am very happy with them also. The installer from Best Buy was also very efficient and clean in his work. For these reasons I give Best Buy 5 stars on this project.

Love the smart features and the bigger interior to hold family size dishes. We previously owned a smaller Samsung, so this is an upgrade for my family.

I’m 5’1 and the controls/LED readouts horizontally are perfect for me. Didn’t come with a manual, but there’s one on their website. It has WiFi, but really have no need for it

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product seems to work well but in the installation templates for outside vent has you cut a 4” by 12” hole then try to seal the hole with a 3 1/4” by 10” size vent the instructions calls for.

Thank you for pointing that out — we appreciate the detailed observation. The template is designed to provide extra clearance during installation, which can help with positioning and fitting the vent components securely. The 4" x 12" opening allows space around the 3¼" x 10" duct to accommodate adjustments, connectors, or sealing materials, especially when aligning everything with the wall or cabinetry.
