Had a little over a year and it has stop heating. This is my second Samsung in four years and I don’t have small kids and we don’t use much because we are cookers.

Been having issue with heat, and not properly heating. Samsung tech didnt really provide help on the issue. But refuse to acknowledge how long it takes to warm up frozen food. Its alright to warm water ut not what we got it for. Are return window was short i recommend getting a petection because Samsung wont help.

Missing parts

The microwave was missing parts Best Buy said the would send a technician to bring parts and install and the have not called to set up appointment. Very disappointed in service.

The microwave is dark inside, as this is necessary to keep the microwave energy inside the microwave. It is required for both the operation of the oven and for safety. If it were not there, the energy would not stay in the microwave oven and wouldn't cook your food.
Additionally, if your microwave light is dim, we recommend checking that nothing is blocking the light and that you haven't left the microwave door open for an extended period. For more details, please check the link in your user manual. Turn to page 37, "Troubleshooting (The interior light is dim or does not turn on), and page 33, "Replacing the oven light."

We purchased this range and the matching microwave and less than a year later we have replaced the microwave once and now both the new microwave AND range have stopped working! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

My wife wanted it to match the new stove. Got installed on 12/11/24. Died on 12/20/24. No service tech for over a week. Store cant help unless I use my protection plan. Then Id have to buy a new protection plan

Works great but wish it had a cpl features like a lighted touch panel bc it’s at the bottom instead of the side and hard to see the specific location of the buttons, select the time to defrost vs default 9 mins, reverse order of exhaust fan from starting at high to the lowest first, and a clock setting. Dont know if automatically adjusts for daylight savings time or not
