Best Buy has been more than great. About 2-3 weeks after installing the new microwave, it develop a thumping sound when the door was opened. Best Buy has been extremely nice In replacing the the old/new microwave with the new-new microwave. The new one works great without any hiccups. Thank you Best Buy.

Microwave is fantastic. Just wish could push start and 30 seconds would be automatic. Instead you have to push +30 then start. No biggy. Just used to my prior MW.

It was a bit scratched from whom ever tried to install it and i would not have marked this as excellent condition. Needless to say. Samsung sent me the correct screws free of charge. The door covers the whole thing and the buttons are part of it so there are always finger prints on the door. Hopefully this does not cause problems as other microwaves i have had have those wear through.

The microwave itself is functioning properly. My entire kitchen contains all Samsung appliances. However, this microwave is by far the worst purchase I have made. If you cook, DO NOT BUY. This microwave has such a lack of suction/ventilation when it comes to the vent fans. When looking at other reviews on this Samsung microwave, the ventilation is a known recurring issue. This is because this microwave has holes all over the machine meant to prevent overheating, but also (conversely) prevents proper ventilation from working properly when cooking (heat and moisture). If I knew that this microwave had such poor suction/vent power, I would not have bought it. It can’t even suction a piece of paper with the fans at the highest setting. Would NOT purchase again and would return if possible.

The microwave's ventilation system is designed to balance airflow and overheating prevention. If you're finding that the ventilation isn't meeting your needs, there may be steps to improve its performance:
Check Installation: Proper installation, especially for venting direction (external vs. recirculating), is crucial. Ensure that the venting setup aligns with your kitchen's design.
Filter Maintenance: Clean the grease and charcoal filters regularly. Over time, clogged filters can reduce suction power.
Fan Setting Adjustment: While you've used the highest setting, confirm that no airflow obstructions exist around the venting area.
