    Steer clear of Samsung appliances

    Very disappointing product. The icemaker stopped working after about 1 1/2 years, meaning repairs are no longer covered by warranty. This is a well known issue with Samsung icemakers, and they have yet to issue a recall for it. Just google "Samsung Ice maker" and you will see what I mean. After Samsung customer service quoted me $140 to repair the icemaker, I agreed to have their Authorized service provider "Home Service Network" come out to do the repair. HSN is now quoting me upwards of $500 for the repair, and every time I call them to get more information they either do not pick up, or flat out hang up on me I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

    Horrible experience

    This refrigerator is the worst I've ever encountered. I bought it two years ago, and it has already stopped working, leaving me unable to fix it. It's no longer available, and I'm glad—this product should never return to the market.
