The refrigerator is fine - no complaints so far. The excellent rating is for the service. Salesman was very helpful and delivery service was great. The fridge went on sale for 30% off two weeks after I purchased. Went to Best Buy with my receipt and they gave me a credit for the difference in what I paid and the sale price (a real CC credit - not a store credit). Good customer service.

The fridge does its job, makes ice quickly, perfect fit for our counter depth sized fridge. The space where you get water/ice is large enough to put a big/tall cup under.

2nd time purchasing a refrigerator of this particular series, just like the previous version it is spacious for been a side by side refrigerator. The compressor is a bit noisier than the one in the previous version and a bit unexpected, but otherwise seems to perform well. Good value for a well featured counter depth side by side refrigerator.

Organized well, great lighting, ice maker is on the freezer door which leaves lots of room in the freezer. It feels pretty big for a counter depth fridge. The ice and water dispenser works great. I've had it for about a month and haven't seen any issues. I do a lot of research before I buy, and narrowed it down to Samsung or LG. I have a couple of other Samsung products that have been working great.

I like the spaciousness of this counter depth ref.

I like my new refrig but it is much smaller than my previous one. I wish I had gotten the deeper one.

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar Samsung refrigerator that died (and was covered under warranty). It is slightly smaller (but barely noticeable) than that prior 24 cu ft model. The WiFi feature is not very useful, as you have to be connected to your home WiFi to use it. It does not send any warning email/text messages or allow control over the internet. The front display generated an error code the other day ("85 E"). I called Samsung and they could not tell me definitively what it was, but it might have had something to do with low voltage to the computer. It disappeared on its own, and they said not to worry about it if it did not come back.

So far our Samsung counter depth refrigerator is working perfectly. It’s very quiet running & makes ice faster than I thought. For 2 people it’s the perfect size. Very pleased!

I needed a counter depth frig that would allow the dishwasher door to lay down flat. After looking at many that were too deep, I was very pleased that this frig including the door handles was the same size as most other counter depth without the handles. Fits my smaller space perfectly.

Only issue I have rite now is the fridge does not despense water only ice. If anyone can call or come and fix this please.

it was a nice size for a counterdepth fridge. Very spacious and functional.

The refrig has worked well since we purchased it. Love the lights inside, very easy to see all areas on the inside. It's handy to have the inside temps shown on the outside. Would have liked another adjustable shelf in the freezer for easier storage but certainly not a deal breaker.

My new stainless refrigerator is wonderful. I especially like the ice maker on the door. Also appreciate the three large drawers & milk can fit on inside of door.

Overall a nice refrigerator I have only had it for maybe 2 months now. What I can tell you is if your looking for a smudge free surface this is NOT for you. When there are no finger prints or smudges it is a nice looking appliance.

We needed a smaller refrigerator for our new condo. This is still a roomie refrigerator for the size and is meeting our needs. I don't like the button that is pushed to get the water and ice. It is hard to get started at times. I do love the fact that our icemaker does not get frozen up like our old refrigerator. I love the refrigerator shelves and cubby holes.

Replacing a 13 year old fridge and this one is great. Best Buy delivered it and set it up, they were awesome and really enjoying the fridge.

Quiet, good use of space, fits perfectly, looks good.

We recently purchased our first home, and we needed to find appliances for our new kitchen. Best Buy has always had friendly and knowledgeable staff, so choosing it for our appliance needs was an easy decision. The refrigerator itself is backed by a great warranty, and Best Buy has its own warranty program for all appliances if you are interested. We chose this refrigerator because it was affordable for the quality. The stainless steel itself looks wonderful, and the counter-depth design makes it very sleek in our new kitchen. The refrigerator has a "power freeze" option which allows quick cooling if you need something chilled in a short amount of time, such as last minute drinks for a get-together. It also has a great water/ice dispenser that has a great light source for those late night water runs to the kitchen. The water dispenser also has a removable bottom for easy cleaning if need be. Best Buy was fantastic with the installation process as well. We scheduled the time that they would arrive when we purchased in the store, and we got text messages and courtesy calls the day before with reminders of the appointment. The day of the installation, the Best Buy team gave us a call when they were 30 minutes out, and they were right on time - down to the minute. Installation process took about 20 minutes, and they were there to make sure no issues would arise. Would highly recommend this refrigerator, as well as Best Buy for your appliance needs. We have been loyal customers of Best Buy for over a decade, and this big purchase further affirmed our loyalty to Best Buy for all of our electronic needs.

This Samsung refrigerator fits perfectly and the placement of the LEDs inside make it easy to see. Nice sized shelves and the door mounted ice maker make for a great amount of space in the freezer.
