I've returned to a side-by-side with a 10 year Condensor warranty. My previous refrigerator was a GE French Door and only had a 1 year warranty. Thank you Samsung! Thank you Best Buy for helping me every step of the way! You guys rock!

It is quiet and has alot of updated features. The room inside is more than the 24 cubic food capacity that I had,

True counter depth! We researched many brands and the quality of this Samsung model was the best. Very quiet with great fit and finish.

Love having a new refrigerator with plenty of storage. Only dislikes are: crisper drawers only open half way and are difficult to stock. Also, stainless steel easily shows finger prints.

Only fault is that the drawers do not open all the way which was not demonstrated or mentioned. Hard to put some containers into the drawers.

I started shopping for a replacement refrigerator from my original fridge because counter depth was very important to me. I am very confident in the Samsung brand and when I became aware of this fridge I found it much more attractive than comparable products. It has ample space and may great ways for food organization. I have now used the fridge for 3 months without any problems.

I've had this product approx. 45 days and overall am very satisfied with its performance. As other reviewers stated the ice maker is loud but we've learned to tune it out.

Very nice unit. Would like more spaces for cans of soft drinks.

A very good product. Keeps temperatures consistent and has room and flexibility for a large amount of food. It is a bit pricy compared to larger models that will not fit into apartment doors.

I purchased this fridge when it was on sale. I have had it for about a month now and its working wonderfully. The refrigerator is quiet and the water tastes fantastic. The inside looks good with the led lights, wine rack and soda rack in it. the stainless is a nice look but I must say you constantly have to keep cleaning the door because it smudges easily, you just have to use a special cleaner but other than that I love it and would recommend it.

This counter depth refrig. is a much better fit in our galley kitchen while still giving us adequate refrigerator space. Ice maker is kind of loud otherwise i would have given it 5 stars.

Had it for a month and all I can say is everything works, and works well. I am totally pleased with the purchase.

The Samsung refrigerator countertop depth is a perfect addition to the modern kitchen. Water dispenser is stainless steel which makes it look more elegant than plastic. The fridge has enough room inside for a small family. The door shelves are smaller than in my old fridge. Freezing section is better than my old fridge because ice compartment is located in the door and leaves more room for shelf storage. I recommend this fridge.

We bought this particular unit because it would fit into the space of the old refrigerator. It has less room, but because of the way it is configured, I haven't missed the space (so far). Only issue is that there is a shadow of the "warranty" sticker that refuses to be cleaned off...I've tried everything suggested, and even spent an hour on a customer service conversation trying everything he suggested. A search on the internet reveals that this is not an unusual occurrence with Samsung.

We originally bought a Frigidaire not once but twice and had to return both of them! Finally I read reviews on this model as we were looking for something that did not sound like an Amazon rainforest. This fridge is so quiet you can't believe it's plugged in! Fantastic product!!! Space is great for this counter depth model. I highly recommend!

I like the rack to place wine bottles and the shelf that moves when needed for larger items. The ice maker is easy to remove when large quantities of ice are needed.

This was a great value, I flip homes and always prefer a counter depth fridge. Great value, great fridge. Best Buy in Parker took care of all my needs.

Love the ice/water dispenser w/lighted temp in door. Lighting is great in both frige/freezer. Small due to our space issues in kitchen, but fits a lot. Tilting shelves on freezer door are great and so is folding glass shelf and one has one extra large door self in frige that holds gallon containers. Negative: You can't place this refrigerator against a wall because the door won't open enough to open the drawers all the way or remove them to clean, so we removed two of the 3 drawers. Had to wait a 5 weeks to get item in stock but worth it.

Pros: This fit the counter top dimensions I currently had. -thermostat is controlled outside of the unit. That way you aren't trying to lower the temperature but at the same time have the door open. -easy to use water and ice maker. -lots of room for a low profile refrigerator. Cons: -The refrigerator has 3 drawers. I prefer more shelves. This cannot be modified. -i removed the wine rack because it was hard for me to store my gallon milk container. My 3rd drawer is actually where I store my un-opened wine. -depending on how you want to configure the spacing of your shelves there isn't much option.
