Nice looking inside and out. I wish the drawers pulled out a little but further. Good use of space. Wine and can holders are convenient.

I am happy overall with my purchase. Unfortunately the original refrigerator did not fit in my kitchen we were able to change it to a counter depth fridge and it works out great

This is a great purchase, the product is rock solid. I've purchased this on the moment with reading review and I lucked out in picking this product because its great!

Just so you know this is a "counter depth refrigerator." It is shorter in depth to fit into a tighter location. Therefore it has less interior space but we are very happy with it. Door mounted water and ice dispensers work well. Freezer side has as much space as lower pull-out type. Fresh food side is a bit limited but has plenty of storage area if one is judicious.

I've had this fir several weeks now & I love it. Only thing, the drawers don't really seem to ipen all the way & I have ti turn things sideways to place inside.

This is the size that can fit in my kitchen, however, overall the fridge is decent but I was hoping there would be more room to store stuff inside like my old fridge.

This is a great refrigerator, but I had to return it. The left hand (freezer door side) of the refrigerator is next to a wall and the door would not open far enough to get most items into or out of the freezer. From the on line specs and measurements, it looked like it would work, but it didn't. I have never returned a refrigerator and to be honest, didn't even know I could, but the sales team at the West Hollywood Best Buy/Pacific Appliances are THE BEST. They helped me find a refrigerator that fit better and worked out the delivery of the replacement and pick up of the original like pros. Great service.

Looks great and has a good use of space, vey quiet.

looks nice,very quiet despite some reviews i read,both fridge and freezer have lots of space and lights up nicely when doors open,,outer surface cleans up nice when using stainless steel wipes

I am very pleased with how the refrigerator looks in my kitchen and how easy it was to program all the features. Great ice maker - and I particularly selected Samsung because it's in the door so takes up less storage space than those on a freezer shelf. Even so - I wish it was a bit smaller. My only complaint is that all the drawers only come out half way - unlike the drawers in my old refrigerator that came out much farther. It's difficult to get some items into and out of the drawers and seems a silly way to design them.

I've had this for three years and three of the shelves have cracked in the back corners. Naturally, it's no longer under warranty so I have to buy new shelves. The refrigerator is just for me and not for a big family so it's not like I'm piling food onto the shelves. Just a warning for anyone who thinks this is going to last. Fortunately it's still working but this is NOT a good sign.

I actually liked this refrigerator...until it the sealed system stopped working and everything went warm. No problem, right? I have the Geek Squad and manufacturer warranties...WRONG! I called BB first and the Geek Squad techs came out a few days later. They got behind the fridge and diagnosed the problem, the sealed system, but said that AIG wouldn't cover their labor to repair and to call Samsung because it was their warranty issue. SIX WEEKS of calling Samsung to try and get my refrigerator fixed! Things started out seemingly great, they gave me the name of a company that would come out and fix it and said they put in the order. I hadn't heard from anyone in a couple of days so I called back and they told me the dispatched company declined to do the repair. This happened three times, each time, Samsung did not call me or take any steps to keep my support request moving forward. They couldn't find anyone to repair the fridge and told me I would have to find someone myself and they would reimburse me. Yeah, right. Finally a month into the process, Samsung moved it along from a repair request to an exchange. More hassle. They constantly needed more information or documentation, which I could provide, but then they would not respond to whatever it was that I had to send in, so I would have to call AGAIN, explain the situation to a new person who would usually need something else to take the claim in a different direction. I didn't have a refrigerator in my kitchen for six weeks in the middle of summer. What was a simple warranty issue was turned into a nightmare due to the convoluted, confusing, tedious, unnecessary Samsung Customer Care process. I liked the product (aside from the failing), but hated the support and would most likely NEVER buy a Samsung product again. :(

Love this refrigerator. The only issue is that, as a counter depth model, the storage space - especially in the freezer- is limited

This refrigerator with ice maker was just what I wanted to fit into my small space. In fact, it had more interior space than the one I replaced.

I have always purchased Samsung products and this lived up to the reputation. Sleek, great storage and optimal usability for counter depth model

Ice maker dispenser broke within 6 months the flip that open and close to pour the ice the metal springs came off and the flap is always open and we can’t use the ice maker as I had to cover the ice access to avoid the cold coming out through the broken flap and causing the compressor working all the time none stop. Other than that is been working good I hope this have a recall as I read this is a common problem on this Refrigerator.

The fridge is very nice looking. Shows more fingerprints than my last fridge. The ice maker spits out crushed when cubed is selected at times.

Our new Samsung refrigerator isn't as large as is the norm these days. We needed this size to fit an enclosure where the prior refrigerator had been installed. We love the side-by-side style and the extra room inside compared to its non-Samsung predecessor. The bright lighting inside and at the water/ice dispenser was a nice surprise.

Simple to set up and even though it is a counter depth fridge the spacing is amazing so that there is plenty of room!
