Have had this fridge for 2 months now and am very happy with it. Upgraded my 10yr old fridge to this model. They did not have a counter depth version in the store but, I really like the model in store. Decided to get this for the dedicated meat/cheese drawer and easy access to milk and condiments. The counter depth version is significantly smaller than the full size. Still a great buy but, make sure you are buying the proper depth fridge. Counter depth still has plenty of room for our needs, looks good, and works great (keeps things appropriately cool, cold, frozen). Con: It is louder than expected. Nothing to distracting but, loud when the house is otherwise quiet. Ice maker works well but, not great.

I wish we wouldn't have gotten the counter depth model. It does feel shallow, but so far haven't had any problems getting large items in it. The ice maker is mediocre. Even with cubed selected I get a fair amount of crushed ice with it.

Very nice refrigerator so roomy has all the perks!! Had to return it got damage doing delivery!

The 'fridge fulfills our needs exactly. We purchased the counter depth and it fits in the kitchen really well. Putting the fridge on top and freezer on bottom to replace the old-fashioned upper freezer was one of the best moves. The middle drawer is just what is needed for specialized use.

The fridge got off to the wrong foot making loud crazy noises but that was because i had aligned it wrong and the compressor needed to be rebooted, all of this was told to me when calling samsung, samsung support talked me through the steps and i love my fridge now, it also looks really nice

This refrigerator is very spacious and very conveniently configured. I love the middle drawer and use it for deli items and wine! The showcase door makes it very easy to just pull your most often used items without opening the entire refrigerator. I couldn't be happier!

Had to get a counter depth fridge to fit our galley kitchen and this one is perfect! Tons of space. Love the middle drawer for easy access to drinks. The small door to access milk is super convenient as well. Would highly recommend this fridge

This counter depth refrigerator is great. It fits in our space perfectly and has plenty of refrigerator and freezer storage A great choice for us if I could change anything I would like a little bit bigger ice maker but this one is sufficient for the two of us

This is a definate upgrade to the side by side I had prior. It doesn't seem to hold as much though since it is counter depth. That makes me shop more wisely since space is at a premium. I love the look of the black SS and fingerprints are not a problem.

Don’t like shelves on refrigerator doors. Love the middle drawer. Had problem with the energy saver. Great service. Directions booklet terrible

Love it except for ice & water maker has issues of leaking water & freezing up.... Think by now would of came up with a solution to solve the issue....

First of all, the fridge is absolutely beautiful to look at! It is very roomy and has lots of cool features. We love the middle drawer! We can use it as a fridge or freezer(it has 4 different temperature options).

I really like the black stainless steel. It doesn't show finger marks and is beautiful. I love the middle drawer that I keep drinks in. The bottom drawer freezer is wonderful. Very happy with the temperature control.

We were forced in to counter depth with our kitchen layout. Not all that much space, but you can shift around and fit a lot more than you think in something 6 inches less deep. Common problem with all fridges is the icemaker. 2 years now, no issues other than it's small.

Beautiful and spacious addition to our kitchen. We love the bright lighting, large size and beautiful finish (black stainless). The controls are easy to set. This fridge is really quiet. Love it!

We looked at many different counter depth refrigerator options. We were definitely more limited in our selection because we had to go counter depth. Overall we couldn't be happier with this Samsung. We love the black stainless steel and it doesn't show the fingerprints or smudges like normal stainless. The overall capacity is very good for a counter depth fridge. The extra drawer door with customizable temperature setting is very nice. The showcase feature on the right hand door is convenient and allows you to quickly get to the items you use most without having to open the whole door. Overall we definitely recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a great counter depth fridge. Geek squad installation was great and only took 15 minutes from start to finish

It has a lot of space and works great for a family.

Left door has little storage room because of ice maker but didn't come as a surprise since we noticed it on the floor model. Casters would be a nice feature for moving it for cleaning under and behind it.
