We really enjoy the flexibility of access that this refrigerator provides. We use the middle drawer for things that we access frequently, so much of the time we are able to only open that. The showcase door similarly provides a way to access things quickly that don't fit in the middle drawer. The counter depth makes a surprising difference to the space in our kitchen, but does come at the expense of interior space. This is a mixed blessing, since we had a lot of junk in our old fridge. We were a bit concerned about the ice maker based on the reviews, but so far it works fine, and provides plenty of ice for our needs.

I love this refrigerator. All the features our wonderful. I like th3rd frond door which only opens the shelve's rather than open the door. The extra drawer is wonderful because it is so convenient and you can keep many products in there and again you don't have to open the whole refrigerator. This refrigerator will save money as well as perform to a five star quality. Be sure to note that you can choose the counter size to match up with your countertop rather than stick out farther from the wall. It is a little smaller due to this feature.

The frigerator has everything you can possibly need and has the space for more than enough food. Love the middle drawer that can be used for a variety of items you need cold.

I love my refrigerator! I love how the showcase door lets you get milk or whatever you choose to put in there instead of opening the door fully. Also love that it's counter depth!

We have only had the refrigerator for about a month and like the features, but that's where it ends. Upon delivery the upper doors were not aligned properly and condensation was accumulating on the exterior of the upper doors and center drawer. I contacted Best Buy and was advised to contact Samsung since the refrigerator was under the manufacturer's warranty. I then contacted Samsung which was a complete waste of time. Regarding the misaligned doors, Samsung stated that the Best Buy delivery people should have corrected the problem and refused to do anything. Samsung should not have allowed the refrigerator to leave the factory with misaligned doors. Regarding the condensation problem, Samsung advised me to turn off the "Energy Saver" feature and that would correct the condensation problem. Well, why would a manufacturer advertise a feature that can't be used by the consumer. I will never purchase another Samsung product because I now know that if I do have a problem Samsung is not going to stand behind their products. Best Buy is replacing the refrigerator with a different model.

I needed to replace a 14 year old full size refrigerator and did some research on counter-depth refrigerator. I am glad I made the switch. It has been easier to keep track of items in the refrigerator and freezer. In the full size refrigerator, food items would get "lost".

This fridge works well. Great design with french doors and drawer, Very convenient. Freezer is large and easy to get into. Temperatures stay constant and it is very Quiet !!!

I love so much about this refrigerator. The showcase door is so handy. The pull out drawer is a must! And the black stainless is beautiful as well.

I've always been partial to Samsung. My only complaint is the ice maker is a little large and takes up space. Otherwise the black stainless is good and reduces smudges.

We originally ordered this fridge in standard depth and quickly realized it wasn't going to fit. We changed our order before delivery and got the counter depth. It is a beautiful fridge. We had it installed a couple of weeks ago and have had zero issues. The counter depth does take a significant amount of space away from the fridge. I wish we could've kept the standard depth. Not the fridge's fault though!

I purchased this frig primarily for the quick access door, which we love. I pack essentials such a butter, creamer & orange juice there. The door can also hold a gallon of milk. It's Counter depth and fits great in my kitchen. The frig has plenty of room for my family of 3. The left door is limited in space though. I also haven't yet figured out how to pull out the ice tray in the event I want to dump the ice. Frig has various settings for the different drawers and the frig. It runs quietly. All in all it's a great buy. And the installation by BB was seamless.

I love my new refrigerator. The delivery and installation was done very professionally. The color is perfect and I love the door in the door. My family is thrilled with the filtered water which my old refrigerator did not have.

I purchased the Samsung ShowCase 22.4 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator for my new home. I cannot say enough on how great the refrigerator looks. It quite and it has a center drawer where i keep my can drinks. It's convenient and it allows me to store the food in the main section. The center drawer allows me to change the temperature if I'm storing a platter of champagne. The freezer size is the perfect size. I've only had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks but so far I'm content with my purchase.

This refrigerator looks great in the black stainless steel and counter depth. However, it is small inside and there is not enough in-door storage space for ketchup and salad dressings, etc. I've learned to adapt though because having the outside look of the counter depth is worth it giving me more kitchen floor space. Love the door-in-door and the middle storage drawer features!

Good storage space in fridge, freezer does not fit a pizza box. But compared to most other counter depth fridges it has a lot of space.

I looked at all of the Samsung products and actually picked another, although I wanted this one. The availability kept pushing out so I changed my order to the Chef Collection, my first choice. I love this refrigerator, it is quiet, sleek and extremely functional. I bought the counter depth and was frustrated with my other refrigerator due to space. I don't need much freezer space. This refrigerator can convert from one side freezer to refrigerator. Now I have all of the space I need!

Good refrigerator. Didn't know if we would get value out of the flex drawer, but it is great for drinks. The drink setting keeps it a 1 degree. We also like the flip-up shelf to allow more tall bottles. Being counter depth there is barely enough room, that is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall, we believe it was a good choice.

Great counter depth fridge that looks amazing in my kitchen. Gorgeous color! Be careful with finish as silver will shine through. Got a tiny scratch from the pantry door, but it's barely noticable. My 3 year old loves the center drawer which we use as her snack drawer. She can access it with ease. Definitely worth the purchase. (Purchased the entire Samsung black stainless steel kitchen set...over range stove, smart slide in stove, and waterfall dishwasher...and azure washer and dryer).

So far no complaints! Love the organization, love the black stainless, love the door in door.

I purchased this refrigerator as an update, I total remodeled my kitchen and wanted something upscale in nature that was eye catching this refrigerator was the first replacement in twenty five years.so this represent a big investment for me. I love the style and look of this unit I have not used it long enough to give it five stars yet.
