Perfect fit in cabinet. All features great - ice maker takes up some of the best space on the top left shelf, but otherwise rest of fridge works great. Fourth door for drinks, cheese, butter and other products works great. Kids love the showcase door to get access to juice, milk. Freezer okay, but the sliding tray poor for the price - plastic rubbing on plastic does not make it easy to move, especially when full. Otherwise, great fridge.

Love, love, love this Samsung french door refrigerator. It has the most amazing features for functionality and looks beautiful. Very pleased with this refrigerator for our family.

Great vercitility for adjusting to large and small items. The door feature makes it easy to grab heavily used items. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish the ice maker was larger and faster to dispense. The ice itself is great and after a few minutes in your glass becomes chewable! Huge plus.

Showcase feature is a nice comvenience but i could have done without and saved over $200. The compartment space in the right door is a little smaller than the non-showcase fridge. Only 1 bin will fit taller items (milk jug) unless the top bin for eggs is removed. Taller items can be places in 2 bins on the other fridge, as opposed to only 1 bin on this showcase. A little space is sacrificed for the showcase feature, but it is noticeable after i exchanged my original fridge for the showcase. All in all, the showcase is a great fridge and concept, but i wouldnt spend the extra money on the showcase feature.

We have had two units as the first was damaged in installation, but the ice maker on the first quit in the first week. The second installation went okay other than the doors don't seem quite flush. This second unit makes it seven months and quit. The entire tray was encapsulated in ice. Never had power off or anything. Hopefully the warranty will cover it. Shouldn't have to worry with this price point. Also smudges like crazy! And scratches very easily as well.

We looked at LG and several other brands and decided the features and quality of the Samsung counter depth was the best. We like the LED lighting, the flex one drawer and the shelf configuration. On the exterior, the design of the handle, ease of opening and the finish are all great.

Very happy with purchase. Plenty of space and easy to keep clean. Love the middle drawer.

Overall a good fridge. Nice led lights and the door in door is great. What I don't like is that it's not double gallon storage in the door ans the shelves are set so you have to remove one to fit tall items like orange juice or milk jugs. Other than that it's quiet and makes lots of ice.

I adore everything about this refrigerator! After a not-so-great experience with a competitor, I was so relieved to work with Best Buy. Delivery was fast, the delivery people were fantastic, and the fridge is beyond any expectations I could have had. It's beautiful, highly functional, and they're not kidding when they say "fingerprint resistant." I adore every aspect of it.

was restricted by choice to this Refrigerator due to my counter-size. No complaints on the performance or capacity. it is more than sufficient for my family of 3. We use very less frozen food as we believe in fresh eating and minimum wastage of food. The flex-drawer is perfect additional space. Freezer size might be smaller for bigger families.

Fantastic refrigerator for my condo. Needed something small enough to fit through the doors, but still roomy enough inside. First one came in damaged, so I had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement because they sold out of them. Love the black stainless steel look and no fingerprints. Delivery guys hooked it up the water system and even fixed a small leak under the sink. Would buy this product again.

This fridge is smaller then my old one & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The lighting is wonderful & the extra refrigerator drawer gets lots of use. Great buy

This refrigerator is much roomier than the cabinet-depth model it replaced. It is quiet, and the icemaker keeps up with our normal usage of ice. We love the 4th door, for keeping cheese and deli meat easily accessible.

Nice Fridge. If you like lots of ice, make sure you purchase the optional ice maker as the standard ice maker just does not make much ice.

Counter depth and black stainless look great in our upgraded new kitchen.

Looked around for a fridge for 9 months. When we saw the Samsung we knew it was the one. Great lighting and the middle drawer makes getting to small items very easy. Multiple temperature controls, and easy to set.

Love it! Quiet and perfect amount of space for drinks and food

I love the look of this refrigerator. I have the counter depth model. It’s not very spacious. It’s difficult to get to the bottom of the freezer. The ice maker is very noisy and has a very small storage compartment.

The only complaint Is that the amount of ice that’s available is a little small if you’re providing beverages for more than 10 people. Not a deal breaker though. Love the door in door and the middle chilling section.

So far the Samsung Refrigerator has been a great addition to our kitchen. Looks great and works perfect. The delivery people were very professional in installing and showing us all the features of the refrigerator. Best Buy personnel were really helpful in helping us select this refrigerator, as we had very limited space for it's installation.
