The delivery, installation and removal of our old unit were all done above our expectations.

After a month or so of owning it, the right door began to sag and doesn't open/close smoothly. It's noticeable compared to the left door. I really like how it cooled the food, the LED lighting, and the sharp look of the fridge. It's just not for me (returned).

I love this fridge. It’s a big improvement over my old top freezer fridge. I did have an issue with the water dispenser which required Samsung to send a technician out to replace an electric switch with a non electric piece. Everything is working now but beware there could be some time on the phone with Samsung required if you purchase this

Pretty good usage of the space that we had available in our kitchen. It is taking some getting used to there being no handles on the doors.

Also the ledge on the water dispenser is not wide enough water drips down the side of the fridge. It’s very quiet and that’s a plus. I do like the freezer very deep drawer and top drawer with the ice bin. I am rating it but have only had one month.

It's normal for the dispenser to drip for a few seconds immediately after dispensing water. Once the dispensing stops, leave the glass under the dispenser for approximately 3-5 seconds to catch the drips. If the dispenser still drips when not in use, please follow the steps outlined in the Samsung link I have shared below.

We love this one, height is perfect for under our cabinet, plenty of room in the door and shelves, and loving the water dispenser. So easy to install water lines, and love the sensor if door is open too long.
