    This fridge was terrible from day one. Door bins kept breaking. Samsung kept sending replacement bins- but I believe that the door bins were poorly made and defective. I will not buy a Samsung Fridge/Appliance again.

    This has been the worst refrigerator purchase ever. the ice maker never works as well as the freezer and the refrigerator. the electrical control panel self adjust to the lowest setting so our food always goes bad. Stick to the brands that are known for making these major appliances.

    Not too content with this purchase! Quality poor! Refrigerator was given to me with a broken bin from inside. By the time i noticed it, it was too late to claim! Definitely look through fridge before receiving refrigerator!! Overall does its job!

    WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASING IT, IT BROKE AND NEEDED REPAIRS. WITHIN THE 1ST YEAR SAMSUNG CAME SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR. FINALLY AT ITS TWO YEAR MARK IT COMPLETELY BROKE. WASTE OF MONEY

    The refrigerator arrived damaged. They sent me a replacement which was also damaged despite the fact that I wanted a brand new refrigerator. I have no refrigerator.

    Refrigerator is nice looking but does not have deli drawer and the ice dispenser quit working after 4 days.had to wait 15 days for samsung repair man. Still not fixed. Next repair is scheduled in 16 days. That's to long

    Compressor is loud. I owned a 10 year old Kenmore refrigerator that was a lot quieter. Also no deli drawer.
