Waste of time and money.

Had geek squad over coming to fix different tbings everytime first the fans, coils, and control panel over heating. Still no one seems to fix it. They said they can only do a return or refund if the repair company approves it. Its to much trouble to bes without a fridge for days or weeks before an appointment. They also blames the weather for its overheating which shouldnt really be a factor. Honestly dont recommended this fridge or even buying at beat buy.

Water filter change is a nightmare!!!

Not only is it in bad location, it requires water to be turned off to be changed. Have to pull out refrigerator and cut off water and it is still difficult to remove filter. Poor design!!! I bought this for my Mom and customer service at Samsung just told me to hit reset and keep using old filter if she can't cut off water to the refrigerator. Unbelievable!

Would not buy another Samsung

All the items in the normal refrigerator door is all getting frozen and freezed including basic items like milk and juices ... this sucks .. worse purchase ever .. i will never buy samsung products anymore .. done with them !! Samsung customer service also sucks and this was a complete waste of money !!

These repairs have cost a total of $700, practically the entire cost of a new refrigerator. My previous Whirlpool refrigerator lasted 20 years and needed hardly any repair. Samsung makes a great television. But stay away from their refrigerator. If for some reason you feel you must buy Samsung, get an extended warranty.

Best buy Geek Squad Is the Best first one didn't work had to exchange it had 2nd fridge for 6m started have problems with compressor fan Geek Squad tried to fix 2m latter it happened again Geek Squad came back out and fixed it again now 3m latter it happened again called Samsung over a week ago have gotten nowhere with them but Geek Squad is trying to help with exchanging it for different one THANK YOU Geek Squad

Upadate on the Samsung

I did try to reboot it, unplug wait 20 min and then replug it in. Wow this must have been on the s7 groups' design table, at least it did not blow up and therefor can receive the one star (I have never had a unit fail in just 5.5 years) well off to find a new refrigerator and it will not be Samsung.

I don't know what has happened to Samsung kitchen appliance manufacturing. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again. Disappointed is an understatement. This refridgerator is STUPID LOUD.

Worst Refrigerator Ever!

Mines not even 5 years old and i have to buy a new one. First it was the freezer that wouldn't freeze and now it's the fridge that isn t cooling. Horrible noise happened after a couple of years. It was on recall. Got it fixed after arguing with Samsung. I'm done!

Worst fridge ever

After 5 months freezer not working

I have to wait until Thursday for Samsung to come and take a look. My previous refrigerator (GE) worked fine for 10 years and it's very frustrating to have this new one malfunctioning after less than 5 months

Not a good refrigerator

Right now it's 8/12/17 so if you want a Refrigerator that last only 4 months go for it

Geek Squad Insurance
