    The fridge comes defective. The first one off the truck was dented and the Best Buy representative wanted me to accept it as it. I refused it and they sent a new one out 2 days later. The new one was installed and broke within a week. I woke up to water all over the floor and all my food inside was spoiled. Do not buy this fridge. Best Buy is also terrible to work with customer service wise. You’ll end up spending hours on the phone just to be transferred to various departments.

    Bought this as a floor model with a slight dent, first thing that I noticed when hooking it up that it is SOLID... and heavy. Instead of fiberboard panels on the back, this has metal panels. Built to last. Like the storage space by the ice maker in the freezer... great for pizza!

    I love the look of my new refrigerator. I wish there was a ight at the icemaker, since everything around it is black, it is hard to see when the glass is full of water. Also I wish there was a drawer in the refrigerator for cheese and lunch meat.

    I love it. Only complaint is that the ice server is always freezing and full of obstructing ice. But i bought it knowing this was an issue with Samsung fridges.
