Works as described. Ice dispenser is a little messy. Seems to break up the cube and pieces of ice always seem to miss the glass. Then melts on the floor.

This fridge has been a dream. I enjoy the fact that the temperature controls are very fine tuned, and I also like that it easily dispenses ice. Does what we'd hope it would, it's a well made investment!

Love how the freezer has a pizza holder. Only 4 star because of how messy the outside gets and I clean it at least 3 times a day but I have kids so maybe that's why.

The refrigerator is great. But the 1st delivery man was HORRIBLE. The 1st refrigerator was open box. I did not purchase an open box refrigerator. It took my another week to receive the refrigerator I purchased.

Being a Property Manager quality is important. Samsung appliances have been working very well for us. This refrig is no exception to that as we have put a few of these in our units and they are going strong. Keep up the good work Samsung.

Very good refrigerator. Interior glass shelves adds a higher end quality than metal racks. The convenience of water and ice on the door is great for the kids, no opening and closing all day.

I got what i paid for, looks good when clean, left door is about 1/4 inch higher than right. keeps my food cold so far and i have had no major problems.

My refrigerator bring out a new and improved look to my kitchen. The lighting inside the refrigerator make items easy to see.

Unit is very loud out of the box. Unsure if its suppose to be that way or if something was knocked loose.

Other than the ice maker breaking, its a beautiful refrigerator and Best Buy has been great at getting this taken care of. I hope this isn't an omen for things to come!

This is a nice looking and functional fridge. Only complaint is the ice dispenser, it violently shoots out the cubes and is hard to capture in my daughters toddler cup.

Trying to follow instructions for water line connection and start up were very confusing. Phone to Samsung customer service was not particularly helpful.

I find that there isn't a lot of room considering we are a family of five and have a lot of food and everything looks crammed. Also there is no small slide out drawer for meats and cheeses. Not a lot of room on side shelves either for condiments. Also I find the position of the water tube up top instead of in the back like our old one when you try to get water is cumbersome. It took while to get used to it and water was spraying everywhere. However considering my old one stopped working it's an improvement. Just kind of small inside.

This is an amazing item. Especially for the price. I wanted a side by side but they were getting very pricey. Finally I found this up to date fridge for cheaper and it works just as good if not better. Delivery and set up were also great.

Large fridge and it compliments my dark themed but open layout kitchen. Lots of space with adjustable shelves. Do not like there is not a meat/cheese drawer

This product is amazing. Ice and water dispenser in the door with options to choose from. Gets a little noisy at times when making ice, but nothing terrible. I would buy this again.

The door handle loose, the insulation person told me he can not do anything about it, I did reported to best buy yesterday after installation, waiting for respond back.

This fridge is awesome so far, the only bummer is at night when you are getting ice or water, it is not really illuminated very well, so you have to know where the buttons are, otherwise it is a great fridge.

Good works great when we received refrigerator it was it was hooked Great. Only problem was we had To wait an extra week from the promised date. The delivery people did not pick up from store .

We got this with a full appliance set. The. Fridge has great storage and shelving units inside. Only downfall is the fridge is deep for some kitchen.
