It works great so far for more than a month. The only thing is the freezer needs to set to low temperature, otherwise the ice blocks will stick together and will not come out.

I was not going to replace with a Samsung as this was the brand of refrigerator that was causing issues in the first place. He explained the difference in the old to the new and for the price was the best deal

At first I thought that the finish would be hard to maintain but smudges don't show at all. The unit has worked perfectly from day one and the set-up upon delivery was easy and straight forward. Have had zero issues but also took the 3 year warranty just in case.

Perhaps I imagined that when the doors are opened that it would a beacon in the night or in a darkened room. It is adequate. Otherwise, the refrigerator is everything that I wanted.

I then chose this one and it came with a defective ice maker. Best buy replaced it within a couple days after I called and since then I have no complaints.
