Fits perfectly in my kitchen and is roomy enough to store my food!

Nice fridge. My only complaint is that sometimes ice falls out when you open the left door of the fridge.

I bought this as a gift to my mother. She has never made a complaint to me about this refrigerator and enjoys the taste of the filtered ice. With this appliance, she no longer has to buy ice or water bottles but rather pushes a button. It was very easy to connect the waterline to the fridge when it was already tapped. I highly recommend.

The refrigerator looks great but I never wanted stainles steel (husband did) because of the fingerprints and wiping it off a lot. Oh not to mention you have to make sure you go with the grain when wiping because if you go against it you can mess it up and it dents very very easily. Also this model makes a humming noise..the first one was a deep loud noise so I exchanged it. The delivery man said Samsung products do that. He was right my range by Samsung hums too when turned on. Anyway, the replacement refrigerator of course hums as well but not as bad. I can deal with it.

It took us some time to start to like this refrigerator as promises to be all things to all people, but falls short. It does a great job, but it's not quite big enough for our family (2 +2 boys). The ice dispenser is noisy, slow and can't decide if you want cubed or crushed. The freezer is great and we're starting to like the fridge more and more. It takes some experimenting to find the best configuration of shelves, for your particular use. we got it on sale, as about 20% off, so it was a good buy for us. If I'd paid top price, I may be less enthusiastic.

Read all the reviews in advance of my purchase. Went to the store to see in in person. First, I didn't realize how much smaller it was from my previous French door refrigerator until I tried to put my groceries inside. Second, there are a lot of issues with trying to fit things in the awkwardly shaped spaces in the doors. Third, the water spout is placed too far in front and the tray is useless for catching the water that splashes whenever you use the ice maker or water feature. Fourth you have to hold down the touchscreen to switch back and forth between large ice, small ice and water making it unnecessarily complicated. Fifth but probably most notable is the cheap door handles and the refrigerator doors that never seem to close easily.

I love this refrigerator. I have always wanted a french door. I love that the frezzer is on the bottom as was having a hard time bending and squatting all the time to get stuff out of the bottom of my old refrigerator. Love the ice and water in the door. The only thing is make sure you will have enough room. It is big. I brought it home myself but if I had to do it all over again I would have them deliver it and get it into the house.

So far so good. The only problem it was set with display settings and would not her cold for 24 hours until we figured it out. Also, although it looks big on the outside it is not inside, but thats ok for me.

The fridge works ok, but the ice maker is defective. I had the fridge replaced while under warranty because they couldn’t fix the ice maker. Then just after the warranty expired on the new fridge the ice maker quit working again. All Samsung will do is make an appointment for an appliance repair for you and you will have to pay. The repair people will gaurentee work for 90 days then you will need to pay again as the product is poorly designed and cannot be fixed permanently.

I got this when it was on sale and also used a coupon, so it was a great deal. Lots of room. Perfect for my needs
