Nice controls and door access (4 doors) and inside shelves and drawers; would have been rated a 5-star except icemaker is very slow.

Just got our new fridge. Had to wait 3 weeks to get it because I wanted the white instead of stainless. I read the reviews from others and so far haven't had any problems. Went from a side by side to a french door. It's definitely nice having items up where I can see them. Not sure about fitting 25 bags of groceries but it's big enough for us.

needed to get a french 4 door refrigerator. Also needed 33" as that is all that would fit in my kitchen. Lastly, wanted ice and water through the door to reduce kids constantly opening the refrigerator. This is the only model of all the vendors at Best Buy that met the selection criteria.

The only reason I bought this fridge was because of the size. It was the largest I could get to fit in my kitchen fridge opening. The first fridge was defective when delivered, the freezer wasn't freezing. Best Buy replaced it and now, just after a year, the ice maker went out. I contacted Samsung, who informed me it was just out of the 1 year warranty and I would have to pay for parts and labor when a tech comes out. I ended up canceling the repair ticket because the local Samsung repair place would only give me a 1pm - 5pm M-F and I couldn't be home for that. I ended up buy the ice maker repair kit for $105 and the ice maker still didn't work. Shortly after the fridge started flashing an error code which Samsung is saying the freezer sensor is defective. This fridge has been nothing but a pain since day 1. I would recommend searching other brands.

The fridge has so much room and the ice and water on the outside is good only thing i have had a issue with is the ice maker has froze up couple times but other tha. That it has been a great purchase

I can keep the groceries very well organized in this refrigerator. My favorite part is a middle drawer which is called a FlexZone drawer. My kids know the snacks are always there and get them without my assistance. So far so good!

Our 12 1/2 year old Samsung refrigerator died, and since we never had an issue in the whole 12 1/2 years, we purchased another Samsung. The lady at Best Buy who helped us, was very knowledgeable. We consider our house a "Best Buy" house because we have purchased so many appliances, laptops, TV's, etc., from there.

This refrigerator is not an average size due to the space in my kitchen. This refrigerator has more space than a regular size refrigerator. Also no fingerprints.

My daughter made me purchase this fridge and I'm glad I did. No finger prints at all, lots of space for all your items. Now, the fridge makes the rest of my appliances look bad. . .

Pro- is a great size for a family of 5. Con- the vibration of the refrigerator on the floor it’s a lil noisy.

I've only had this refrigerator about a month but it is beautiful appliance. I love the bottom freezer and extra storage space. Has an automatic ice maker which works great.

This was my first time purchasing a new/modern fridge (my past ones have been used, or simply came with the house). After much research, I picked this Samsung. Primarily because it fit in the very specific walled-in spot of my kitchen and it had the features we wanted with decent reviews. The listed specs online were true to my measurements and the fridge fit perfectly. Though, we did encounter some issues when the item was first delivered (one drawer handle came off/probably a Samsung problem; and it also had a scratch when they delivered it), Best Buy has a 14-day exchange policy, and we literally were able to get a second brand new replacement fridge within a week; no questions asked, and at no additional cost to us. Understanding that any company is doing their best during the COVID-19 pandemic, and after surviving some very long hold times because of it to speak to customer service to get the replacement fridge, I now have a very nice new fridge that I hope to enjoy for years. So this review is mostly on my purchase/delivery experience, not necessarily the fridge itself. But so far so good, and I always purchase the extra Best Buy coverage (nothing lasts like it used to anyways). My one recommendation to Best Buy, would be to let the customer remove the protective plastic on the appliances after delivery. This may have prevented the scratch "during" delivery. Black stainless does scratch easy.

Only French Door refrigerator that fit into my 36" wide space. Had to cut 1/2 off of the cabinet above it but was worth the trouble. Fits beautiful.

This is a pretty good fridge. It's looks very nice and the outside cleans up easily. The middle drawer is the best! I use it for water and drinks but it can be used for just about anything with the 4 different temp settings. There is ample room in the freezer with the 2 bins and the pullout. The unit if quiet, other than when it drops the ice. I have only had it for 2 months but I am very happy with it so far.

This refrigerator is the best! Lots of room even in the smaller cu ft size I had to buy because of the narrow space I had t work with. Ice maker is great. Shelves are roomy. No complaints (which is really saying something since I have tried several different brands all of which had insufferable design flaws)

Everything from the associate that helped us at the store to the product itself and the delivery/setup by Jose and Alexander was fantastic. Could not have asked for better! It's nice to know there is at least one place that is interested in having repeat clients... the customer service on all ends was great!
