The old dishwasher really made some noise and was somewhat aggravating. We purchased this Samsung dishwasher and works perfect. We thought we were doing something wrong since we did not hear it working. We had to get out ears down to the front of the dishwasher to actually hear it working. Best purchase we ever mad.

So far it has been quite satisfactory as far as performance. However, it's on the high side so shorter users have to stand on a stool to reach in and get all the washed clothes out. We've never had this problem with top loading washing machines before. That's a drawback of buying online without seeing it in a store first.
