Should have went with Turbo wash over linear?

There is no food grinder and it just splashes anything you didn't pre scrub off around. Glasses and silverware come out spotted unless you are there when the door opens to dry and put away the dishes. But it is amazingly quiet. I would say save your money and try a less expensive turbo wash.

I've had this for less than a year and the whole unit has been serviced and replaced twice. When it works, it's pretty great. Very quiet and gets dishes clean. But I'm now perpetually looking over my shoulder waiting for the next error code. Samsung should stop making dishwashers and focus on time machines so I can go back and make a different choice. Only bright side is my Best Buy rep was very helpful in trying to get things resolved.

Doesnt even make much of a sound and I wonder if its running. The delivery came from non-BBY service and they were late with no communication outside the window by more than 2 hours. The delivery person even solicited a tip from my wife. Wow.

When it’s done it automatically opens up a little to release all the steam. The inside gives you option to make space for larger dishes, pot etc. Has WiFi, with the SmartThings app I get notification when my dishes are done.

Despite the low 39 dBA claim, it doesn’t feel significantly quieter than cheaper models, and some cycles leave dishes with spots and stuck-on food. The 3rd rack feels cramped and awkward, and the controls can be confusing. Build quality feels flimsy for the price, and reliability doesn’t match expectations for a premium machine. Not worth the premium tag compared to better-performing
