Second time getting a dishwasher from Best Buy and both times they made the whole process smooth and easy. Also, they delivered and installed in 3 to 4 days only. BTW, this Samsung dishwasher is super quiet, clean and dry dishes great. Definitely will recommend this dishwasher to anyone I know.

When I arrived home I noticed that the kick plate was bent. The way it is shipped, I wasn't surprised (it's suspended in the top middle of the packing with no support). I bent it back and installed the dishwasher. Then when I get it installed, I noticed one of the tabs on the top rack is broken off ?! I find it in the bottom of the dishwasher. Not a good experience for a brand new $900 dishwasher that hadn't even cleaned one dish. I contacted Best Buy and was told they couldn't get me a replacement until next week. I contacted Samsung hoping that they would replace the damaged parts and they told me NO. I need to contact Best Buy and wait for a replacement. Two minor imperfections that Samsung could have easily fixed, but they refused to help.

I love how the door opens automatically when the cycle is done to help with the drying. I also like not having a handle on the outside of the door makes it look sleek.

Even more surprising is how quiet the dishwasher runs. Compared to our old dishwasher, we didn't even realize it was running when it was... so quiet!!!

I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

Quiet operation is a MUST. This dishwasher happens to be the 4th one we have used in this house (over 26 years) and it is by far the Quietest dishwasher of the 4 we have used. Unbelievably quiet. As far as operating the dishwasher, can’t get any easier. Dishes come out clean, dry ready to be put away. The installer from Best Buy knew what he was doing, installed it perfectly, showed us how to operate (hit the 3 buttons)

After a month of work have only compliments. Very quite, jets are powerful enough to clean even stubborn stains. Sends reports via WiFi. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.
