With two kids under 3 it’s nearly impossible to get any housework done!! This dishwasher has been a great help! The 3 rack is great for utensils, but does take away some space for the bottom rack so when I put larger items there I just double I check the spinner can still move before running the wash.

Fully satisfied with the machine. It is great to have conversation in the kitchen using a normal voice while the machine runs. Very quiet, as advertised. Installation instructions were reasonably clear. Could have used more detail on securing it to a side cabinet, but I figured it out.

Working excellent. The delivery was on time, installed without any problem.

We absolutely love it. Gets our dishes super dry and cleaner than our old one. And we can't hear it run what do ever which was the deciding factor when we bought it.

This is the best dishwasher I've ever seen and used. It is so quiet you'll forget it's running until you hear the little jingle. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

It does the job - sometimes. We purchased this as an open box item. We were assured this was a fully functioning and new item. Once we got it home, I had my doubts. It doesn’t fully clean my dishes. I have to run it on a heavy cycle to assure the detergent door opens and fully cleans out. Honestly sometimes my dishes don’t even look clean. But the third row dish rack is a favorite and I also like how the dishwasher opens when the cycle is done.

I have this washer and its been great, just bought the same set for my son.

This dishwasher works great and the noise that makes when operating it is very low. I like it a lot and looks great with my samsung refrigerator,cooktop,double oven. I am just wating for my microwave to be install to complete the team.

I would recommend that you buy your high-end products from Best Buy today.

I recently purchased this dishwasher tuscan steel color because of the style and look. Little did I know that the performance of the dishwasher would be so incredible. I had to get right next to it to even hear it and the wash is superb! So glad i bought!

Makes cleaning much easier, and faster and love how quiet it rio.

Nice and quiet throughout each step of a cleaning cycle. The chime when completed is unique wasn’t expecting it figured it would be a buzzer sound.

The 39dB makes this one of the quietest washers I have ever seen. The Smart Things wifi is great to turn it on just before bed remotely. The auto door open at end of cycle is a great feature to keep dishes from getting spots from steam after load is done.

We love the 3rd rack for small items. The dishwasher is so quiet during operation, you have to be right in front of it to hear the motor running. The autorelease dry is a great feature as it allows the dishes to cool down when the cycle completes.

Arrived when Best Buy said... At store pick up was fast and easy...was easy to install with only minor changes to water and power connections. Says its quiet.... should say VERY quiet Only hear waste waste water going down drain... easy rack changes to suit almost any dish. VERY happy with this purchase.

Do not buy! This dishwasher started leaking in less than a year. Because it was still under warranty from Samsung, Samsung coordinated a repair and solicited Smart Care to repair the dishwasher. What a nightmare. Here I am almost 2 full months later still waiting for the repair. Smart Care is truly an unprofessional business entity in which the staff tells lies. Smart Care called me yesterday (9/3) to confirm an appointment to repair my Samsung dishwasher. The appointment was confirmed for today (9/4) between 11am and 5pm. At 4pm, I tried to call Smart Care to "reconfirm" the appointment. No one answered. So, I called Samsung's ticket management line. The person with whom I spoke at Samsung stated that Smart Care cancelled my ticket stating that they were unable to confirm my appointment. This is absolutely untrue. In fact, Smart Care has promised an appointment and cancelled or not shown up on each of the following dates: 9/4/25, 9/3/25, 8/29/25, 8/25/25, and 7/31/25. I have been waiting since 7/16/25 for them to repair the Samsung dishwasher that I had not even owned for a year when the door began to leak. Thankfully, Samsung asked me to give this company one more chance to fulfill their promise on 9/7/25. If they do not, I will request a new service provider and will NEVER purchase another Samsung product in my lifetime. (Note, we own several Samsung TVs and Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer appliances.) Smart Care is the absolute worst! I look forward to posting this review on the Better Business Bureau's site. Oh, wait. Smart Care has an F rating on the BBB and is not an accredited BBB vendor. No surprise there!

Absolutely love my new washer and dryer. The washer can wash large load and gets the clothes so clean. Runs very quietly. Love the fact that it has an agitator as well.

I like the finish of black stainless steel, no finger prints.The door opening when the dishwasher is finished to let the steam out, letting the articles too dry.

This thing has amazing space and power all while being so quite I had to check to make sure it was running the auto open drying feature is a must have
