The good - Handsome unit and very quiet, innovative bottom spay system - it’s a connected device. The bad - both baskets do not fit a whole lot of dishes. It’s a Strande and very inefficient space management. Worst of all it cleans horrible. Glasses and dishes are still dirty and our wine glasses have spots all over - utter disastrous. We wanted to like it and tried hard but the shortcomings where just to many - retuning it and getting a Bosch.

This thing is so quiet and you wonder if it's running. Awesome!! Many different cycles to use and with the Samsung app you can start it anywhere.

Nearly silent, very clean looking all around. Dishes come out clean and dry every time.

Honestly, just don't buy any Samsung appliances. They don't have any customer service and warranty policies. If anything breaks after 12 months, you have to pay hefty repairing feed out of pocket. This dishwasher gave me trouble starting around 1 year after using it. The top nozzle kept falling off and then the unit started leaking. Samsung refused to take responsibility. Now I am stuck with it. I already spent $100 fox fixing the top nozzle and the leak would cost me around $600 to fix. P.s. I bought a full set of appliances with this purchase and the microwave stopped working within 4 months. Thank god it was under warranty.

Very quiet! Love the zone booster option! I use the app, so I know when it is done even if I'm not home.

One of the main reasons why I purchased this is because of how quiet it is. Can only really hear it when it fills or empties. Perfect.

Our new dishwasher is the quietest thing I have ever not heard. We can be sitting right next to it for meals and no one would ever guess it was running.

It does what it is supposed to do - wash and I have no complaints there. I don't like that my dishes are wet after washing but my old Whirlpool did the same thing when it was going. My plastics aren't damaged.

Have only used this dishwasher a few times, but so far so good. It is so quiet that you hardly hear it. It gets the dishes exceptionally shiny clean.

The delivery was on time and the guys. I want to say the guys, Mike and Rolland were GREAT! They had deliver the previous 3 items before the dishwasher. They explained everything about the appliances. I do have to say they mentioned their boss wanted them to use these new straps that go around their necks and honestly, they had red marks on their necks could not turn to see where they were going and I felt bad for them. I hope the management may re-evaluate how uncomfortable they can be and do more harm to the necks than anything.

Very good washing so far, but it should since it is brand new. Very quite at 39db. Nice minimalist, clean look. Rubber door seals have a strong odor - hopefully will dissipate over time. Lack of ability to turn off drying. The door popping open when it is finished in order to aid drying is a nice feature - good visual to let you know it is done (plus the chimes). App is an ok feature, but just for monitoring or canceling the cycle if you want.

The most quiet dishwasher I have ever used. Inside the rack is easily adjustable to fit any of my dishes and utensils.

I love this new Samsung dishwasher! It is silent and has different options.
